Hi from Omaha, the city of ES&S worldwide HQ. I have the county voter rolls of every month last year and another 12 of selected prior months back to 2008. These are hosted by ES&S, so they are in total control of them. A instantaneous copy of voter rolls from ES&S seems not to be available - you get one from a chosen month saved near the beginning of the month (generally). I compiled my collection of them monthly into a way to see the activity per voter of their record. I'm especially interested in records that drop off for a month or year for no apparent reason and reappear after an election that they somehow got back on and voted in. Things like that. Generally these voters are supposedly in [locked?] apartment complexes. What do I do with my findings? Especially when I can't find any evidence said voter exists. Consider that I don't feel I have a reliable way to proof whether one exists. We should be able to check against government ID databases and just get a yes or no whether they exist because that doesn't reveal any private information. As huge and influential as ES&S is, I do not trust any other online service that ES&S could use to create phantoms or obituaries. Please advise
