I (Brad Miller) want to announce that in January 2024 (exact start date TBD), I will have the privilege of working together with Dr. Jerome R. Corsi in teaching a new course at IPAK-EDU. The course is aptly called Reading Corsi with Corsi and will offer students the unique ability to go through the readings of a highly accomplished author alongside that author! As for my role, I will be assisting Dr. Corsi with the management of the course.
Dr. Corsi holds a PhD from Harvard University’s Department of Government. He has created both marketing and telemedicine companies, has worked in financial services, and has worked with the Department of State in countering terrorism. He has also written over thirty books since 2004. Two of those books, Unfit for Command and The Obama Nation, were #1 New York Times bestsellers. Dr. Corsi is known for his ability to synthesize material from a variety of sources of information and to write clearly about complex topics.
Given his education, diverse career endeavors, and writing acumen, it’s no surprise that Dr. Corsi has a wealth of knowledge across a vast range of topics that he can share. His objective for the course is to teach students not just how to write but how to write “high impact” books. By this, he means books that have an effect on international conversations and can impact political elections. In other words, these are books that demand to be read even by those who would rather not to read them and yet still feel compelled to do so.[1] The course will include insights into how Dr. Corsi reads and collects information as well as his preferred research methodologies, writing processes, and marketing strategies.
Dr. Corsi views his entire corpus of writing as a single work. The distinct books may explore certain topics in more detail but they are all interrelated and share a focus on common themes. He recently told me that his books should be approached “as one would listen to a symphony” in that the relevant ideas common across the works “will resonate…much like musical themes weave through a classical opus.”[2]
Don’t miss this opportunity to study alongside someone who truly understands his craft and wants to share the skills he has built and refined over several decades of writing. Whether you want to write best-selling, high impact books or if you just want to think more critically and read more analytically, this course will be a great opportunity to learn from one of the sharpest minds out there.
