Supreme Court Bombshell on Mail-In Ballots

An article I’ve written in American Thinker examines the Supreme Court decision last week. The decision gave standing to political candidates for federal office to challenge state board of election rules for voting prior to an election.

That’s extremely important because up until now courts have denied standing every time an election issue has been brought forward. It started in 2020. A group of states that petitioned the Supreme Court wanting to challenge the rules that had been adopted by the states in violation of the Constitution in that they were rules made by various government officials or the state board of election, not by the state legislature, which the Constitution requires. The Supreme Court refused to even hear the cases.

But yet, last Wednesday, January 14th, the decision was Michael J. Bost. Bost is a congressman from Illinois in the House of Representatives versus the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Bost is contesting an Illinois State Board of Elections rules that requires election officials to count mail-in ballots that are postmarked or certified no later than election day, but received within two weeks of the election day. Yet, the State Board of Elections in Illinois demands that the state continue counting votes for two weeks, election mail-in votes especially. That illegal grace period for counting ineligible votes gives a massive opportunity for fraud. The extra time enables election theft by creating fake mail-in votes that are certified or appear to be certified or postmarked, and counting them illegally.

In that way, enough fake mail-in votes are created to make sure that you “beat” the Republican who really won.

As for the standing issue, in bringing a case to court, you have to have “standing.” In other words, you have to be able to say, this case affects me. It affects me personally in in some substantial way.

Chief Justice Roberts wrote the majority opinion of the court. Roberts had been opposed to granting standing in all these cases. It was a 7-2 decision, and Roberts wrote that under Article 3 of the Constitution, plaintiffs must have a personal stake in a case to have standing to sue. They must, in other words, be able to answer a basic question, “what is it to you?”

Congressman Bost has an obvious answer. He is a candidate for office, and a candidate has a personal stake in the rules that govern the counting of voting in his election. Now, that’s a very clear and a big statement, because what it means is that you can challenge an election as a federal candidate for office now, saying the state rule is not fair, and it’s before the voting is taking place. It could be right now.

It can be done continuously right now, right up until the election. Chief Justice Kenji Jackson objected, arguing that essentially this changing of the rules of standing for election challenges means that they’re going to get a flood of new cases, potentially throwing the judiciary into the political arena, which was what Justice Roberts was trying to avoid in 2020. He did not want to say that the election in 2020 was stolen, or that President Trump had really won.

Justice Roberts used an analogy. He said, for instance, the candidates have a personal stake in how the result is determined and regarded. Departures from preordained rules cause them particularized and concrete harm.

The same is true of competitors and other contests. Each runner in a 100-meter dash, for instance, would suffer if the race were unexpectedly extended to 105 meters, whereby the particular runner expects to finish strong or fall off in the pace of the final five meters. All would be deprived of the chance to compete for the prize that the rules define.

The fastest to run the 105-meter has not won the 100-meter dash. Maybe he wasn’t the winner at 100 meters, but he was at 105, upon all of the extra illegal votes being counted.

On God’s five stones, we have posted Andrew Paquette’s research, which documents in a number of states that algorithms, secret codes, are embedded that allow unprincipled people to create thousands of false records for non-existent voters, who nevertheless are granted “legitimate” state voter IDs, making modified duplicate records available for use in mail-in ballot schemes.

These secret codes inherently violate the Help America Vote Act requirements, and once challenged in court, would essentially have to be turned down. On God’s five stones, we’ve shown algorithms are New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, and Oklahoma. Others we have not yet been published, but we’ve done work in Texas, we’ve done work in California.

These algorithms appear to be in virtually all of the states. Radical Democrats are planning to steal the 2026 midterm elections, and that’s how they think that they’re going to gain back Congress. However, there’s several different ways by which President Trump and the MAGA movement can stop the steal. One important step is to get MAGA candidates for office in all these states to start filing challenges in federal courts, saying that the rules set by the state boards of election aren’t fair.

The challenge is to file hundreds of lawsuits, flooding the courts with them. The left does lawfare to pervert justice, why can’t we use the courts to get justice? Now, we must create a groundswell of activity.

The Trump administration is now releasing a lot of information coming from the Justice Department, that in fact, massive voter fraud has taken place and is taking place nation-wide.

So, for instance, President Trump is preparing a new executive order that would declare a national emergency order based on evidence that China penetrated U.S. election computers to elect to modify election votes. Also, in December 2025, the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division announced it has filed against six states, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington State for failing to produce their statewide voter registration lists, which contain thousands of records that violate federal laws, including the registration of illegal immigrants through various voter registration schemes, among others.

President Trump has repeatedly accused the Democrats of opposing voter ID, opposing proof of citizenship, and engaging in numerous instances of mail-in ballots to steal elections. President Trump also continues to insist that the evidence of alleged 2020 election fraud is coming out in truckloads.

We’ve seen all the scandals of the Somali theft of billions of dollars of taxpayer money in daycare centers that don’t exist and ;supposedly driving people to hospitals and shopping centers if they have physical problems or are elderly. The radical Democrats are making it clear that they are really now not only a communist party but an insurrectionist party that does not feel any obligation to follow the laws of the United States, especially not when it comes to cleaning out illegal immigrants. A nationwide effort is going on by the left to oppose ICE spearheaded in Minneapolis.

Americans are beginning to become aware of the need for this SAVE Act, which is going through the Senate now: House Resolution 22. It’s already passed the House, and it would require voter IDs. Again, this is the move towards proof of citizenship. So, if we continue this movement and continue to utilize this court decision, we can create a groundswell of activity which will at least back up President Trump’s executive order. If our elections are compromised by foreign interference, this is an act of war.

We now have the ability to even use the military, as presidents have done in the past, if states refuse to cooperate with federal rules under a national security emergency. President Trump, under Article III, as commander-in-chief, has not just the constitutional authority, but obligation to do so as the Left furthers its rebellion.

A Recent Supreme Court Decision May Finally End Pro-Fraud Election Rules

Last Wednesday, January 14, 2026, in a little-noticed Supreme Court decision, Chief Justice John Roberts delivered the 7-2 majority opinion in Michael J. Bost et al., Petitioners v. Illinois State Board of Elections, et al. That case saw Illinois Congressman Michael Bost challenge an Illinois State Board of Elections rule that “requires election officials to count mail-in ballots postmarked or certified no later than election day and received within two weeks of election day.”

Remarkably, the decision reversed the trend, which has predominated since 2020, of federal and state courts denying standing to petitioners who argue that state board of election rules facilitate fraud and/or violate federal election laws. In a dissenting opinion, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (joined by Justice Sotomayor) objected that the court’s decision would open the floodgates to litigation by political candidates challenging that state board election rules are not written or administered to be fair.

Jackson wrote:

Any litigant who invokes the judicial power of the federal courts under Article III “must establish that he has a ‘personal stake’ in the alleged dispute, and that the alleged injury suffered is particularized as to him.” ... Today, however, the Court essentially pronounces that this foundational principle no longer applies to candidates for elected office. It declares that all candidates have standing to challenge election regulations in light of their interest in a “fair process.” ... No matter that, in a democratic society like ours, the interest in a fair electoral process is common to all members of the voting public. The Court thus ignores a core constitutional requirement while unnecessarily thrusting the Judiciary into the political arena. [Citations omitted.]

Apparently dropping resistance to court challenges filed by candidates for political office, Chief Justice Roberts saw the issue of standing as simple:

Under Article III of the Constitution, plaintiffs must have a “personal stake” in a case to have standing to sue. ... They must, in other words, be able to answer a basic question: “‘What’s it to you?’” ... Congressman Bost has an obvious answer: He is a candidate for office. And a candidate has a personal stake in the rules that govern the counting of votes in his election. [Citations omitted.]

Justice Roberts also made clear that the right of a candidate to challenge state election rules was not contingent on the candidate proving the rule was detrimental to his election victory chances:

Win or lose, candidates suffer when the process departs from the law. Thus, the long-shot and shoo-in alike would suffer harm if a State chose to conduct its election by, say, flipping a coin. The result of such an election would not reflect the will of the people, and the candidates would lose the opportunity to compete for the people’support. So too, similar harms would result from less dramatic departures—for example, if a State decided to discard a random 10% of cast votes. Whether these decisions help, hurt, or have no effect on a candidate’s electoral prospects, they deprive the candidate of a fair process and an accurate result.

The undertone in Justice Roberts’s opinion leaves no doubt that he has concluded that various state board of election rules and procedures are promulgated and administered unfairly, and have as their goal swinging elections against the will of qualified voters.

Rules that undermine the “integrity of the electoral process” also undermine the winner’s political legitimacy. ... The counting of unlawful votes—or discarding of lawful ones—erodes public confidence that the election results reflect the people’s will. And when public confidence in the election results falters, public confidence in the elected representative follows. To the representative, that loss of legitimacy—or its diminution—is a concrete harm. “[R]eputational harms,” as a general matter, are classic Article III injuries. ... But they are particularly concrete for those whose very jobs depend on the support of the people. [Citations omitted.]

Justice Jackson was correct in that Justice Roberts’s fundamental argument was that state election rules had to be fair—an argument that subtly suggested state election rules designed to permit or facilitate voter fraud are inherently unconstitutionally suspect.

Justice Roberts advanced the following analogy to support the point.

Candidates, in short, are not “mere bystanders” in their own elections. Diamond Alternative Energy, LLC v. EPA, 606 U. S. 100, 110 (2025). They have an obvious personal stake in how the result is determined and regarded. Departures from the preordained rules cause them particularized and concrete harm. The same is true of competitors in other contests. Each runner in a 100-meter dash, for example, would suffer if the race were unexpectedly extended to 105 meters. See Tr. of Oral Arg. 90. Whether a particular runner expects to finish strong or fall off the pace in the final five meters, all would be deprived of the chance to compete for the prize that the rules define. The fastest to run 105 meters has not won the 100-meter dash. And in much the same way, an unlawful extension of vote counting deprives candidates of the opportunity to compete for election under the Constitution and laws of the United States. [Citations omitted.]

Whether done intentionally or not, the SCOTUS majority opinion in Bost is an open invitation to GOP candidates to begin filing challenges to state board of election rules in virtually every state in the union.

Andrew Paquette’s research, as documented on our 501(c)3 website GodsFiveStones.com, reveals that algorithms in multiple state election board voter registration files indicate the presence of secret codes that allow unprincipled people to create thousands of false records for non-existent voters who nevertheless are granted legitimate state voter IDs, making “modified duplicate” records available for use in mail-in ballot schemes.

Secret codes embedded in state voter registration files blatantly violate Help America Vote Act (HAVA) requirements that, once challenged in court, could require multiple states to abandon voter registration rolls compromised beyond repair. President Trump should utilize the Bost decision to convince the Senate to pass the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE), House Resolution 22, which has already passed the House.

In December 2025, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division announced that it had filed against six states—Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington—for failure to produce their statewide voter registration lists, which contain thousands of voter records that violate federal laws, including the registration illegal immigrants through various motor-voter registration schemes, among others.

President Trump has repeatedly accused the Democrats of opposing voter IDs, opposing proof of citizenship, and engaging in numerous instances of mail-in ballot fraud to steal elections. President Trump continues to insist that evidence of alleged 2020 election fraud is “coming out in truckloads.”

With the Somali billion-dollar thefts of taxpayer dollars being exposed in Minnesota and Maine, and Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey vehemently opposing ICE enforcing immigration laws, middle Americans are rapidly becoming aware of the extent to which radical neo-Marxist Democrats with little or no regard for federal law have captured the center of their party.

A flurry of GOP challenges to state election board voting rules could set the stage for public acceptance of a forthcoming Trump national security emergency executive order on voter integrity, with the possibility that the federal government would take over supervision of election boards in Democrat states unwilling to comply.

For radical Democrats planning to steal the 2026 mid-term elections, Justice Roberts’s majority opinion in Bost was the worst news possible. Though he has opposed President Trump consistently on many different policy issues, Chief Justice Roberts rang the bell for election integrity in a decision that armed the MAGA movement to encourage MAGA candidates running for office in 2026 to hire lawyers to get busy filing cases in federal courts throughout the land.

DOJ Sues Blue States — Voter Roll Fraud EXPOSED

Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights for the DOJ has taken initial steps to compel states, particularly the Blue states to begin the multi-stage task of ensuring election integrity.
Dhillon’s responsibility is to ferret out and deal with the fraud that has already occurred.

It is up to the federal and state legislatures to mandate new rules such as voter ID to ensure the egregious violations the Democrats have unfortunately enshrined into our voting system are ended.

It is then up to the federal and state executive branches to compel enforcement of the new rules.

Finally, it is up to the various levels of our judicial system to confirm the constitutionality of the new provisions and punish violations.

Buckle up, we are shining light on the darkness.

James Angleton, the CIA’s legendary (and highly controversial) Chief of Counterintelligence from 1954 to 1974, oversaw several highly compartmented deception programs aimed at the Soviet Union and its intelligence services (primarily the KGB and GRU).

The specific program you are referring to—sending fake military “defectors” to the USSR—is most commonly known under the codenames HT/LINGUAL (the broader mail-intercept program it sometimes overlapped with), but more accurately falls under a series of operations collectively referred to in declassified literature and insider accounts as the “false defector” or “dangle” programs, with the best-documented examples being:

AE/DULLARD (early 1950s–1960s)
REDSKIN / REDCAP (false defector operations run jointly with military services)

Was Oswald recruited into either of these programs? As additional JFK files are released, we may find out. The truth is out there.

Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0

In 1962, as war mongers were driving the Soviet Union into a world ending confrontation, cooler heads prevailed, and disaster was averted. President John F. Kennedy used back channels to negotiate a peaceful solution with then Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev.

The world did not know about the deal struck between Khrushchev and Kennedy until years later. The communists removed the missiles from Cuba, and in return, the US removed weapons from Turkey. In that was, the military brass on either side could not accuse its leader of weakness, while drawing back from nuclear war.

We are experiencing a similar situation today with the Russia-Ukraine war, with Trump using his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the conflict without further bloodshed or catastrophic escalation.

I Discuss My American Thinker Article Regarding Election Integrity

On Friday, October 3, 2025, Michael P. Maxwell, a state circuit court judge in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, ordered the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) to stop registering illegal aliens to vote. Specifically, Maxwell ruled as follows:

The parties (i.e., the WEC and the DOT) shall meet and confer on a process and plan to evaluate the current voter rolls, whether through the matching of information contained in the DOT files or other lawfully available means, to determine if there are any registrants on the voter rolls who are not lawfully entitled to cast a vote in Wisconsin. The review of the current voter rolls for this purpose shall be substantially completed prior to the next regularly scheduled statewide election. (State of Wisconsin, Circuit Court—Branch 8, Waukesha County, Case Number 24-CV-1353)

This ruling struck at the heart of the strategy that radical elements of the Democrat Party have advanced for decades: Utilizing “Motor-Voter” schemes to automatically register to vote anyone who manages to get a state driver’s license, including non-citizens such as green card holders.

The lawsuit petitioners, two private Wisconsin citizens, Ardis Cerny and Anette Kuglitsch, succeeded in getting Judge Maxwell to issue a writ of mandamus, clarifying that Wisconsin law creates a positive duty requiring the WEC to prohibit non-citizens from voting, along with a requirement that the DOT must match citizenship information contained in the DOT’s records with the WEC’s registration records.

Judge Maxwell’s opinion cited various Wisconsin statutes that specified legal voters in the state were required to be U.S. citizens. He ruled:

WEC has a plain and positive duty to verify the U.S. citizenship of every person seeking to register to vote in Wisconsin. Further, WEC has a plain and positive duty to determine whether any non-citizens are currently listed as eligible voters on Wisconsin’s voter rolls. (Case Number 24-CV-1353)

And again:

WEC, along with any local election official it regulates through the administration of elections as defined by Wis. Stat. § 5.05, is hereby enjoined from accepting any request to register to vote, whether electronically made or through a paper process, without verification that the applicant is a U.S. citizen along with any other lawful requirement as currently required by statute. (Case Number 24-CV-1353)

Remarkably, the WEC had taken the position that no state law required the agency to demand proof of citizenship to be registered to vote. In an article published on Votebeat/Wisconsin, Alexander Shur contradicted Judge Maxwell’s rule by endorsing the WEC’s position. “Currently, applicants for voter registration in Wisconsin and most other states must attest, under penalty of perjury, that they are U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote, but they are not required to present proof of citizenship.”

In contrast, the petitioners maintained that the WEC must remove all non-citizens from the voter rolls. Judge Maxwell wrote:

Petitioners argue that if citizenship information in the DOT’s records do not match that of a registrant in WEC’s records, WEC has a duty to remove the registrant. Petitioners further argue that WEC is failing to investigate unlawful voter registrations, failing to bring suit for such unlawful registrations, failing to promulgate rules ensuring lawful registrations, and failing to issue procedures to municipal clerks to ensure lawful registrations. (Case Number 24-CV-1353)

“We expect the WEC and the DOT will try to appeal Judge Maxwell’s decision,” Kevin Scott, attorney for the plaintiffs, explained to me in a telephone interview. “It took courage for Judge Maxwell to rule the way he did. The overwhelming tide of judicial decisions on election integrity in Wisconsin has been for judges to decide the law is whatever the WEC says the law is, with little or no regard to the plain language of the statutes. Judge Maxwell’s decision is the first time any judge in Wisconsin has ruled that voters’ rights should belong only to U.S. citizens, with proof of citizenship being required, prohibiting an overly broad reading of statutes taken out of context.”

Jefferson Davis, a spokesman for the Election Integrity for Wisconsin ad hoc committee, explained to me in a telephone interview, “In Wisconsin, during the 2024 presidential election voting, we passed an amendment to the Wisconsin state constitution to prevent non-U.S. citizens from voting in any local, state, or federal elections. The voting amendment to the Wisconsin constitution passed with more than 70 percent approval.” (Here’s information about that referendum.)

“In 2021, after our ad hoc Election Integrity Committee formed, we were approached by poll workers and clerks across Wisconsin who raised a red flag about non-U.S. citizens registering to vote and voting in our elections,” Davis continued. “We did not want to believe this, but we approached the Wisconsin DOT to quantify between January 1, 2019, and December 15, 2023, how many photo ID cards and/or driver’s licenses were issued in Wisconsin to non-U.S. citizens.”

Davis stated it was shocking how many non-U.S. citizens received Wisconsin DOT IDs and driver’s licenses—the exact identification the Wisconsin WEC accepts for voter registration. Davis shared with me an email exchanged with the Wisconsin DOT dated December 15, 2023, in which the DOT admitted that between January 1, 2019, and December 15, 2023, the Wisconsin DOT had issued 41,090 ID cards and 258,356 driver’s licenses to non-U.S. citizens.

“We want to immediately work with the Trump administration to see how many, if any, of these nearly 300,000 non-U.S. citizens are in the Wisconsin WEC voter registration database,” Davis stressed, adding that members of his organization have been sharing Wisconsin voting data with the White House since April of this year.

On March 25, 2025, President Trump signed an executive order entitled “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections.” The executive order called on the states to implement requirements mandating voter IDs and proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote. The Trump administration is currently preparing a widely anticipated second voter integrity executive order for President Trump’s signature before the end of the year.

This second executive order is expected to mandate that, in addition to voter IDs and proof of U.S. citizenship, universal mail-in voting must be eliminated in favor of traditional, more tightly controlled absentee balloting, as well as the use of paper ballots to replace electronic voting machines in recording voter selections and tabulating results.

All the freedoms that we Americans enjoy could disappear overnight if the elections are allowed to be rigged. The election of 2026 is actually the pivotal issue pending at this time. If Republicans were to lose the House of Representatives and the Senate, which could occur overwhelmingly if the machines are permitted to determine the outcome in 2016, it could lead to completely dismantling the Trump administration, including his impeachment and possible removal from office. If that were to occur, there would be no control over those who would weaponize our Department of Justice against our own citizens, as the Biden administration started the process in 2021, continuing until President Donald Trump’s historic win in 2024.

Public Records Lead To Allegations About ActBlue Mortgage Chicanery

On July 28, 2025, Arizona State Senator Mark Finchem, the Executive Director of the Election Fairness Institute (EFI), issued a press release disclosing the results of a 15-year investigation conducted by Shawn Taylor, a former Assistant Police Chief in Millersville, Tennessee, uncovering a “Magic Mortgage” money laundering scheme that appears to be tied directly to ActBlue and its donor channel.

According to Mark Finchen, “We have witnessed a level of public corruption never before seen in this nation that has been financed by everything from black market child trafficking, distribution of fentanyl from China, and cocaine from the Mexican cartels.”

He told me, “A complicated ‘Magic Mortgage’ money laundering network has fueled the lies and deceit at the heart of the Democratic Party’s ActBlue political fundraising scheme. The evidence amassed by federal whistleblower Shawn Taylor will fully expose the ongoing criminal enterprise known today as the Democrat Party.”

Whistleblower Shawn Taylor, a former law enforcement officer in Tennessee, has been attempting for nearly two years to present a meticulously researched and thoroughly documented 15-year investigation into what he alleges is an extensive international criminal network behind the Democrat fundraising juggernaut ActBlue.

The reach of Taylor’s investigation is mind-boggling, for he contends that the results ultimately stretch to the opening of our southern border under the Obama and Biden regimes, starting with an agreement Archbishop Theodore McCarrick brokered with Honduras in 2011.

“When we started investigating the drug trafficking in Tennessee and identified a specific mortgage, we initially thought this could be an error. But once we dug in and pulled the property deeds, the mortgage insurance documents, and the tax documents, we realized that all these records provided a pattern of different amounts of money consistent with mortgage money laundering,” Taylor told me.

“We continued to investigate the trace and trail of money laundering into numerous mortgages connected to individuals and nonprofit organizations who all had relationships with ActBlue,” he continued. “We were able to determine through previous drug trafficking investigations that this was a transnational criminal organization that depended upon the complicity of international banks to succeed, as well as possibly our government and foreign governments.”

This article explains what Finchen and Taylor believe their investigations will prove. We’ll examine the evidence Taylor assembled, which purports to show how, as early as 2002 (two years before ActBlue existed), the Democrat party operatives behind ActBlue developed the techniques of mortgage loan fraud that, by 2016, allowed ActBlue to rake in billions of dollars, which they then utilized to fund radical left NGOs.

According to the Washington Post, Regina Wallace-Jones, then 48 years old, became the CEO of ActBlue in 2023, after serving on the Board of Directors of ActBlue Technical Services. Her job was to bring her technological expertise to the platform.

Wallace-Jones’s career before ActBlue also included work in the real estate field. Her last job before ActBlue was as the Chief Operating Officer of LendStreet Financial, a lending platform.

Finchen and Taylor allege that Wallace-Jones invested her earnings over the years in real estate in California, Texas, and Virginia. Just one example will suffice.

The analysis begins with a recent Zillow listing for 1257 Runnymede Street, East Palo Alto, California, a modest single-family, five-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,668-square-foot family home, built in 2002, with a current estimated Zillow sales price of $1,727,200.

Shawn Taylor obtained a Lexis/Nexis search screenshot for the transaction history for the 1257 Runnymede Street in East Palo Alto, California. The record was found in a database called “Property History Report,” which is a subset of “SmartLinx Comprehensive Business Report,” which in turn is a subset of “Public Records.” The Lexis/Nexis database is considered “one of the largest data warehouses of public and non-public records information available anywhere.”

According to Taylor, the page should be understood to tell the following history about the property:

A woman named Regina Wallace-Jones, along with Stefford Jones, presumably her husband, bought the home from Clarum Corporation on May 21, 2002, for $689,500.
On the same day, Regina Wallace-Jones and Stefford Jones received a $651,600 loan mortgage from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc.
Also on that day, Regina Wallace-Jones received (1) a $651,600 loan and (2) a $552,253 loan from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc.
Also on that day, the sale price was listed as $68,950,000, with two unlisted sources making additional loans of $10,035,000 and $55,125,000.
Then, on December 6, 2002, Regina Wallace-Jones and Stefford Jones received two additional mortgage loans, totaling $551,520 from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. and $100,350 from Wells Fargo Bank.

In sum, Taylor alleges that the records establish that, in 2002, on a 2,668 square foot house with an assessed value in 2024 of $979,030.00, Regina Wallace-Jones and Steffond Jones got seven mortgage loans that totaled $67,667,323 in mortgage loans,

Taylor further alleges that the irregularities in mortgage lending do not end there. Additionally,

On December 24, 2004, Steffond Jones and Regina Wallace-Jones got a $160,000 mortgage loan from Wells Fargo Bank, and on January 13, 2005, the couple got a $250,000 mortgage loan from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
On July 15, 2015, Steffond Jones appears to have sold the Runnymeade home to himself and his wife using three mortgage loans of (1) $565,000, (2) $74,800, and (3) $565,000, from Wells Fargo Bank.

If these contentions are true (and neither the Joneses nor ActBlue has responded yet to Finchem’s and Taylor’s allegations), we get a total of $59,898,723 in loans on a house with an assessed value of less than $1 million.

Whistleblower Highlights Mortgage Money Laundering Fraud “Red Flags”

In conducting this analysis, Taylor noted that he identified what he believes are mortgage loan irregularities that are red flags to those trained to detect mortgage lending fraud:

On May 21, 2002, when Steffond and Regina bought 1257 Runnymede St. from Clarum Corporation, there were five simultaneous filings on the same day, three with identical $689,500 “sale prices,” but with different loan amounts or borrowers, as well as two other wildly different sales prices and loan amounts.
On May 21, 2002, the mortgage loan of $10,035,000 versus the listed “sales price” represented “a grossly inflated loan-to-value (LTV) ratio” that appeared to be a “highly likely synthetic debt injection or a placeholder loan.”

Taylor alleges “a pattern of layered lending strategy all within ten days—possibly to cycle fraudulent proceeds.” He regarded the multiple title transfers between Regina and Steffond as “title bouncing or self-to-self deed rotation to manipulate ownership records or reset mortgage windows.”

Taylor also found that the official documents describing 1257 Runnymede Street were inconsistent regarding whether the property had one or two stories, one or five bedrooms, etc., suggesting “structure mismatches across different reports—likely filing manipulation or identity masking.”

The Lexis-Nexis report flagged 13-14 deed transfers recorded in ~272 months, which reflects “an extremely high frequency of transactions for a residential home—common in laundering or equity cycling setups.”

Finally, Taylor noted that another item the Lexis-Nexis report flagged, which is that the current owner does not match the recorded owner (as of 3,400+ days from his analysis), fits a pattern that “implies long-term nominee occupancy or shell entity concealment.”

What makes Taylor’s investigations compelling is that he has documented a pattern suggesting mortgage loan fraud. Moreover, he claims to have seen these same facts repeated over multiple properties and many years. Thus, Taylor contends that, in 2013, for the house identified as 10856 Patowmack Drive, Great Falls, Virginia, 22066-3032, the listed sale price of $1,875,000 commanded a mortgage loan of $150,000,000 from an unlisted lender, with a deed that a Lexis/Nexis search could not find.

No official body has accused Ms. Wallace-Jones, Mr. Jones, or ActBlue of any criminal acts in connection with these claims. Currently, these allegations come only from Finchem and Taylor.

God's Five Stones Foundation Strategy Paper Outlining Our Role in Implementing President Trump's Plan to End Voter Fraud

After Trump took office for his second term, God's Five Stones Foundation began working directly with Peter Ticktin, the President's attorney, to implement what President Trump has disclosed to him as his plan of action:

Dr. Andrew Paquette's investigations, as extensively documented on our website, have proven to President Trump conclusively that the State Board of Elections (SBOE) voter registration systems are contaminated beyond repair. Every SBOE voter registration database that Dr. Paquette has examined is contaminated with algorithms (secret codes) that permit them to cast false votes that are counted.

Despite numerous previous failed efforts to get the courts to outlaw voter fraud, exposing the presence of cryptographic algorithms in the SBOE database demonstrates how SBOE computers have been hacked, and election fraud crimes have been committed. Dr. Paquette's investigations into the SBOE algorithms have yielded incontrovertible mathematical proof that election fraud originates within the SBOE computers. Paquette's proof lends credibility to the work done by Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell, and Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, which suggests that foreign nations have also penetrated election data on the computers used to tabulate votes in federal elections.

Dr. Paquete's indisputable proof that secret codes are in the SBOE computers constitutes, for the first time, a National Security Emergency that allows the President of the United States (POTUS) to remedy the situation by executive action, bypassing the courts.

Peter Ticktin and General Michael Flynn have now officially joined God's Five Stones 501(c)3 tax-exempt foundation.

Peter Ticktin is now the lead attorney representing Colorado political prisoner Tina Peters in her effort to be free. President Trump's Plan

In August or September, we cautiously anticipate that President Trump may invoke Article II powers as Commander-in-Chief to order all states to implement a system of Voter IDs, requiring Proof of Citizenship, requiring paper ballots and hand counting to replace the use of computers.

President Trump outlined in his Executive Order issued on March 25, 2025, entitled "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections." That executive order called for the creation of Voter IDs, the requirement of Proof of Citizenship, and the insistence that paper ballots be used to replace the electronic voting machines.

On April 11, during a televised Cabinet meeting, Gabbard announced, “We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast, which further drives forward your [i.e., President Trump’s] mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country so that voters can have faith in our elections.”

With this announcement, Gabbard made clear that we are now at war with foreign nations who would seek to influence our elections. The inevitable conclusion is that the investigation into election fraud is now a national security investigation. This investigation will culminate in President Trump exercising his authority as Commander-in-Chief by bypassing obstructionist federal judges in a decision that the Supreme Court of the United States cannot overrule.

God's Five Stones Foundation Action Plan

God's Five Stones Foundation urgently needs $250,000 in additional funding this year to continue working with Peter Ticktin to provide President Trump with the SBOE data he needs to establish our SBOE voting system must be completely revamped.

With this level of additional funding, we will be able to:

Continue working with General Flynn on a national basis to supply voting data analysis to the Election Integrity Task Force that President Trump tasked White House attorney Alina Habba to create. Habba, in turn, instructed Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Security, to head the Task Force. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and FBI Director Kash Patel are providing DHS and FBI staff to constitute the Task Force.

Begin working with the DOGE Election Integrity Task Force to take a serious look at Dr. Paquette's work, as presented in three articles published in American Thinker: here, here, and here. With the assistance of Peter Ticktin, we will impress upon the DOGE teams that Dr. Paquette's Wisconsin research leaves no doubt that cryptographic algorithms in the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) database allow for the criminal creation and voting of hundreds of thousands of false "modified duplicate" votes.

Have attorney Peter Ticktin, General Flynn, and Dr. Paquette continue to publish articles as co-authors and be on all available media with Dr. Corsi, highlighting key developments in both Gabbard's and DOGE's Task Force criminal investigations.

Our Need for Additional Funding Is Urgent

Of the approximately $175,000 that we have raised since the fund's inception on June 10, 2024, God's Five Stones Foundation has reached its last $20,000 in donations. We are running out of money just as the success we have worked for over the past two years to achieve is within reach. The first phase of our work involved supporting and promoting Dr. Paquette's analyses. In this second phase of our work, we will be better able to compensate Peter Ticktin, General Flynn, and Dr. Andrew Paquette. Peter Ticktin will be able to continue briefing us on President Trump's plan to obtain secure elections by the 2026 midterms. General Flynn has been able to expand his efforts to lend political weight to our media efforts to explain that the election fraud Dr. Paquette has uncovered adds to the concern that foreign nations may well be penetrating SBOE servers to access and alter voting data, creating a national security emergency that as a free people we cannot risk ignoring.

Please note that Dr. Paquette has produced the only indisputable evidence of election fraud, as the algorithms embedded in the SBOE databases involve complex mathematical codes that are apparent to experts. The many challenges in the courts have failed. There may be legitimate reasons why election computers alter votes during the complex process of tabulating a national presidential election. Obtaining legal standing can be challenging once an election has been certified. We, however, have proof that secret codes in the SBOE voter registration database permit the creation and voting of false "modified duplicate" voters, which is inherently illegal and a clear violation of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA, 2002). Federal legislation makes it unlawful for SBOE databases to contain the millions of duplicate voter records that get their own "legitimate" state Voter ID number.

President Trump based his March 25 Executive Order in large part on Peter Ticktin's affirmation that Dr. Paquette's analysis was valid. We now have whistleblowers coming forward with documentary evidence that a late influx of mail-in ballot fraud (the exact criminal activity Dr. Paquette argued the algorithms permit) has allowed the Democrats to steal down-ballot elections in 2024. President Trump has repeatedly claimed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris stole the 2020 presidential election. We at God's Five Stones Foundation need to expand our efforts in this second phase of our activities to make public the evidence that supports President Trump's claim.

Conclusion

The first phase of our work has been essential to the creation of the Tulsi Gabbard Election Integrity Task Force and the investigations currently being conducted by DOGE. We do not expect the criminals behind the massive election fraud we are presently witnessing to give up easily. Please help us continue this battle to a victorious conclusion.

In this second phase of our efforts, we must be able to act swiftly to capitalize on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to establish election integrity before the pivotal 2026 midterm elections. President Trump If the Democrats steal majorities in the U.S. House and Senate, radical anti-Trump Members of Congress will destroy President Trump's last two years in office with a repeat of the 2020 non-stop impeachment actions.

An Analysis of Wisconsin Voter Rolls Reveals Evidence of Serious Vulnerabilities

We have previously reported that Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., discovered a pattern in the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) voter registration database showing that an unusually high percentage of voter records (31.5%) end in zero. Further analysis revealed “doubles,” where different Wisconsin voters are assigned functionally identical ID numbers through leading zero manipulation, affecting approximately 444,150 voter records (5.7% of the database).

“Two-fer” Voters: The Finding of Secret Voter ID Hidden in the WEC Voter Database We can now report that Paquette has found an undisclosed person-level identifier (CodedID) in the WEC voter registration file that links duplicate records for the same individual, each of which is assigned different WEC voter ID numbers. Unlike “doubles” (different voters sharing identical ID numbers), these “two-fers” involve the same voter receiving multiple distinct voter IDs connected through a common encrypted identifier.

These “two-fers” create a structural vulnerability for the same voter, maintaining multiple separate pathways in the registration system, each with its own unique voter registration number. This is true even though the Help American Vote Act (“HAVA”) requires that each voter appear only once in the database.

In his analysis of 61,580 Milwaukee County voter registration records, Paquette identified 4,387 records with duplicate CodedIDs, confirming that all had different VoterRegNumbers despite representing the same individuals. Of these, 91.2% appear in pairs, 8.0% in triplets, 0.5% in sets of four, 0.1% in sets of six, and 0.2% in sets of ten, demonstrating systematic duplication rather than isolated incidents.

The “two-fers” shared identical personal information. Thus, 100% of records with matching CodedIDs had the same first and last names and house number. Some were marked “active,” while others were “inactive,” with many CodedIDs having multiple registration numbers simultaneously marked as “active.” Additionally, all analyzed records with CodedIDs requested absentee ballots.

Table 1 clarifies the nearly identical personal identification information (PII) for “two-fer” voters, where two or more voter records, each with their own WEC voter ID, are created as duplicates with nearly identical PII profiles.

Duplicate Voting Evidence in the WEC Computers

Analysis of WEC voter history records revealed 295 votes in the 2020 General Election assigned to 141 CodedIDs, with 243 absentee votes. These data reveal instances where the same individual has multiple votes recorded through different registration numbers.

It’s important to note that CodedIDs were available for only 61,000 of Wisconsin’s 8.8 million voter records (0.7%), though Paquette analyzed the complete database to identify approximately 874,000 suspicious registrations (11.3%). Despite this limited CodedID sample, he identified 295 votes from just 141 CodedIDs, demonstrating that multiple VoterRegNumbers for the same individual were simultaneously active and used for voting. Without date of birth data, which WEC did not provide, even more duplicate registrations might have been confirmed with greater confidence.

As seen above in Table 1, CodedIDs consist of 10-digit strings using standard Base64 encoding characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, “+”, “/”, “=“). Notably, these identifiers do not encrypt any visible database field, yet they accurately link records belonging to the same individual. This suggests they may connect to external systems not disclosed in public records, effectively creating a shadow identification system.

Prominent Florida attorney Peter Ticktin offered this assessment:

" Basically, these anomalies, which Dr. Paquette has unearthed, prove beyond question that our Voter Rolls in Wisconsin, and probably every other state’s voter rolls, have been compromised, probably for nefarious purposes. The presence of these anomalies constitutes an election emergency that is going to require steadfast national rules for 2026. We cannot just accept these corrupted Voter Rolls as though everything is fine. There will have to be paper ballots and new registrations with reliable offline identification, at least for the near future.

Conclusion

In his first paper examining algorithmic anomalies in the New York State Board of Elections (SBOE) voter registration database, Paquette hypothesized that systematically duplicated voter records might be linked through undisclosed identifiers within the database structure. The current findings in Wisconsin provide concrete evidence of such a mechanism through the CodedID system, which effectively creates a parallel identification structure alongside the official voter registration numbers.

The Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) database analysis reveals three significant issues: (1) the “doubles” phenomenon, where different voters share functionally identical ID numbers through leading zero manipulation, (2) the “two-fers,” where the same individual maintains multiple distinct voter registration numbers linked by CodedIDs, and (3) evidence of 295 votes associated with 141 CodedIDs in the 2020 election, primarily through absentee ballots. On April 29, 2025, White House legal advisor Alina Habba (also currently serving as the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey) announced the creation of a federal Election Integrity Task Force to work in conjunction with the Director of Homeland Security (DHS) Kristi Noem and FBI Director Kash Patel to investigate election fraud. The Task Force objectives include:

Facilitating information sharing between federal, State, and local officials to enhance the ability of election officials to efficiently and effectively remove individuals who are not eligible to vote from State voter lists.
Prioritizing the investigation and prosecution of election crimes, including but not limited to federal statutes that prohibit voter registration fraud, the casting of fraudulent ballots, voting by non-citizens, individuals voting multiple times in the same election, and foreign interference caused by foreign nationals contributing or donating funds to United States elections.
Taking appropriate steps to ensure compliance with the voter list maintenance requirements of the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act.

Given the significant vulnerabilities identified in the Wisconsin voter registration system, the Election Integrity Task Force should prioritize a thorough forensic examination of the WEC database to determine the full extent and purpose of these anomalies. The findings in Wisconsin appear to reveal patterns similar to those found in other state voter registration systems, suggesting these issues may extend beyond a single state’s implementation.

Finally: A Task Force on Election Integrity Will Be Assembled
