Gaffney: We’re talking about election integrity, and you’ve laid out for us, Jerry, how you and one of the president’s attorneys and old friends, Peter Ticktin, who we’ve had on the program, are working to make the case that a, well, sort of a surpassingly impactful executive order is going to be forthcoming from the president that will, I guess, in effect, put into place the SAVE Act requirements, even if Congress hasn’t gotten around to them, and do it in a way that cannot be countermanded by the courts, but he’s going to wait until it gets closer to the election. Lay out the thinking behind all of this and the facts supporting it, sir, if you would.

Corsi: Well, first of all, I want to establish that the president can have a national security emergency executive order on election integrity, and that it cannot be really challenged in the courts.

Now, the backstory here is that in 1976, Congress passed the National Emergencies Act, and it gave Congress the authority to overturn the presidential national security emergency with just a simple majority. In the 1980s, President Reagan and his Department of Justice were very unhappy that all it took was a simple majority to overturn a president declaring a national security emergency, and they challenged the 1976 Act in the Supreme Court. In the Supreme Court in 1983, a decision INS v. Chadh a, ruled that it takes a two-thirds majority of both houses to overturn the presidential national security emergency executive order.

So, President Trump has extreme authority here to do exactly what we’re saying he can do. Okay, now, a lot of constitutional lawyers are not going to be aware of this history, but when they research it, I think they’re going to find that this power does exist under Article II powers, the Constitution for the President. It could be challenged, but the courts, again, are going to have a difficult time overturning INS v. Chadha because it was exactly on the issue.

President Reagan was the one who foresaw the need to preserve presidential authority to act with demanding Congress two-thirds of both houses, which is a lot to get. That’s a big hurdle. That’s a heavy lift.

So, Congress has the ability to overturn it, but only with these extraordinary procedures. Okay, and that’s what President Reagan wanted to establish, and it was a great deal of foresight on his part, as in many things, to put this kind of power in the presidency.

Gaffney: Now, just to, again, tease this out, there have been Republicans who have joined with Democrats in opposing President Trump on the SAVE Act. Again, this is essentially the playbook for the kind of corrective actions you’re talking about. I do want you to come back to the algorithms and how you get at that in these emergency order directives if they are forthcoming. But basically, you’re saying that the courts would defer to, presumably, something less than two-thirds majority.

We don’t have anything like that number of Republicans that would cross the aisle to support Democrats in opposing clean elections and what the president would be doing by this extraordinary executive order. Is that your thought?

Corsi: Well, John Thune has been the major opposition, and as majority leader, he has a lot of power to oppose this. But again, the idea that Democrats universally, and a few Republicans, just maybe three or four, and McConnell is one of the key ones here, and McConnell may or may not be long-lasting in the Senate, given his current health condition. The point is that not voting for sure, but I don’t know if he’s conscious is the issue.

Okay, so now the point is that we would oppose a SAVE Act which says that only citizens can vote. That would be difficult to pass. It means that, first of all, the Democrats are in favor universally of cheating, and a few Republicans are afraid to stop it because they like cheating, okay, or they’re not going to step up and do the obvious reaffirmation that non-citizens shouldn’t vote. There’s act after act after act. The SAVE Act is just one in a whole series of legislation which says voting is a right of citizenship, not non-citizens.

Gaffney: I think that’s a constitutional principle, is it not?

Corsi: It’s fundamentally a constitutional principle, and that could be very well established and very easily established. The Congress would have difficulty passing it. It shows the extent to which Congress has become dysfunctional and corrupt and bought off.

It doesn’t cost much to buy a senator these days, and even less to buy a congressman, okay, and that’s well aware. The Chinese know about this, and Elaine Chao, just go ask Elaine Chao why her family’s still alive in China, and you get an answer as to where McConnell is with many visits and paid millions of dollars.

Gaffney: Yeah. Jerry, this is a topic for another day. Elaine Chao, as I understand it, hiked off to Beijing three days after her husband was hospitalized. Very dangerous circumstances, it sounds.

Corsi: But to go back to what Trump is setting up is you’ll see now a series of indictments which are coming. There’ve been several that past week or two. There’ve been indictments of voter fraud. People are being charged. Officials are being put on notice, state officials, that if they protect keeping non-citizens on the voter rolls that they may be committing criminal offenses. So the Department of Justice is putting people on notice, and there have been a series of revelations proving voter fraud that the mainstream media, the psych op that is the New York Times and the Washington Post, these are not, you know, this is not the third estate. This is a psych op. Our news is psych op. So that’s all it is.

And so therefore, they’re trying to deflate and disguise and deflect anybody who wants to really pursue this issue. But when Donald Trump lays out the facts, and Tulsi Gabbard’s been doing a good job of this, I think it’ll be followed up by her successor even more sharply. There’s a team within the White House working on this with a plan to lay before the public the facts in support of a national security emergency declaration.

Now, that, Frank, would give the president the power to send in the National Guard or the U.S. troops. If you want authority on that, you can go back to Eisenhower when he sent in troops to desegregate the schools. And John Kennedy did the same thing, you know, with George Wallace and with Orval Faubus back in the 50s and 60s.

The President has the authority to actually declare these kinds of emergencies and send in federal troops if we needed to monitor the election. By the way, it’s been announced that some four or five states already have been put a notice that they will have federal observers of their primaries being conducted. Georgia is under extreme investigation right now.

You’re going to see criminal cases being brought forward and evidence laid before the American people that cheating is not rare, but it’s endemic and it’s pervasive. California, just keep voting, voting, voting, and then you stop the election date and all these mail-in ballots come in and they’re still counted. It’s obvious. They just fabricate what they need to win.

Gaffney: So, Jerry, just coming back very quickly, and I’ve only got about a minute and a half here, but to where we started, all of those techniques for trying to cure what has been problematic about these elections make eminent sense and I think would be broadly supported by the American people. How do you fix this problem with the inside the wire algorithms that you’ve pointed out? Can that be fixed as well? And will it by this executive order, sir?

Corsi: You’ll have to go back and redo the voter registration files in every state. You’ll have to basically say, we’re not going to use even the computer systems. So there’s going to have to go back to a much more of a hand registration system. It’s going to have to be available to scrutiny. It’s going to have to be able to be submitted to the Justice Department so it can be validated that the state has taken appropriate measures to actually scrub and completely remove, not archive and bring back into their official voter base when they want them.

So it’s going to take federal scrutiny of new state voter registration files created under federal scrutiny.

Gaffney: Can that be done in time, sir?

Corsi: Well, for this election, no, but for this election, the measures that can be taken, Supreme Court has helped with ending some of the gerrymandering that was a benefit to us, getting a fairer election. Now we can have, if we have to have observers or federal troops, we can make sure non-citizens don’t vote, that there are voter IDs. We do paper ballots, we do hand counting, we can eliminate the universal mail-in ballot system so it’s limited to absentee ballots.

Gaffney: Stolen elections. So Jerry, pick up on this point that we’ve been, as I said earlier, endlessly told that this is the stuff of, well, a lunatic fringe, I guess, in the more charitable description, a president who is simply obsessed with this false narrative and trying to steal the next elections.

You have the documentation. You have been bringing it forward relentlessly, notably at godsfivestones.com. Give us just a little bit more texture on where things stand right now in terms of this evidence being sufficiently compelling that action will be taken.

Corsi: Well, almost for two years now, I’ve been working with Peter Ticktin. He’s President Trump’s attorney. Peter and Donald Trump were in the military academy together. They knew each other starting about when they were 15 years old. Peter’s a very brilliant attorney, and we’ve been working on Andrew Paquette’s work.

So the first thing was, you know, detecting and proving that there was actual voter fraud in the election voting. We started working with state groups which were looking at the votes. They were getting voter registration files.

They were showing how names were being taken out of an archive where they were supposed to have been scrubbed. They were being put back into an active status. They were being voted, and they were being then put back into the archive. Any number of, you know, just thousands and thousands of indications of cheating going on largely around mail-in ballot schemes.

Gaffney: Okay. So you have hard evidence of this.

Corsi: Hard evidence.

Gaffney: There’s now an auditable track that indicates somebody inside these official entities was responsible for this kind of manipulation? Or are you saying that it’s being done from outside?

Corsi: It’s being done both inside and outside. It’s a combination. So we’re finding that there was actual outside interference in 2020 through Venezuela. The capture of Maduro I don’t think is accidental. I think he’ll be brought forth and given an opportunity not to have to spend the rest of his life in jail. If he tells the truth.

But the election results, the computers were altered through Venezuela in an international scheme. Okay. We can prove that. That data is now established.

Gaffney: Was China part of that scheme, Jerry?

Corsi: Indirectly, but it was not quite as directly as China’s involvement. All China has been hacking our data for a considerable amount of time and been interfering in the data. There is foreign interference in U.S. elections, and it’s going on all the time. It’s ubiquitous. It’s all over the place. The Democrats have gotten so into cheating that they only count on winning elections by stealing elections.

The mainstream media reporting on this is not mainstream media as an independent media. This is a psych op being run by the intelligence agencies through the media to detract and anybody who’s saying that there’s voter fraud to make them appear to be a kook or a nutcase or a conspiracy theorist or whatever they want to call you, which I’ve been called for a quarter century in my career.

But the point is that Donald Trump now is systematically laying this evidence out. He’s had a team in the White House. It’s been working through the Department of Justice, been working through Homeland Security, where evidence is being accumulated. And it’s been reported, but people generally don’t pick it up. So there’s over 100 cases have been filed in the federal courts alleging various issues of voter fraud.

We’re now beginning to see some indictments and some actual indications of real cases where they can say, here’s, we’ve done this analysis, these 1,000 or the 500 absentee ballots we know were voted, but they’re fraudulent. You’re seeing more and more evidence of that every day.

Gaffney: But Jerry, let me just press you on this because we’re told that all of those cases, 60 or so, have been dismissed by courts after a judge evaluating the evidence and showing that there’s nothing to see here.

Then you also have, I think, this notion that the Justice Department, the indicting authority, I guess, is being weaponized by Donald Trump against his political enemies. How do you respond to those claims?

Corsi: Well, first of all, you see the courts in 2020 rejected the challenges because the challenges were of a certified election. It’s very difficult to get standing, which is a legal term, meaning you have a right to bring the case. You’re at harm in whatever the litigation is about.

But the cases are now being brought by candidates who are seeking election. For instance, there was a Supreme Court decision that somehow or other has been ignored. It’s called BOST v. Illinois State Board of Education. It was decided 6-3 by the Supreme Court. The majority was written by Chief Justice Roberts.

BOST was a congressman running for election in Illinois. He challenged that Illinois was allowing the counting of mail-in ballots. They’ve been postmarked on the date of the election or before. It could be counted for nine days after the election was over. And Justice Roberts ruled that that was inherently unfair. It was like having a 100-meter race, but having the person who won at 103 meters win the race. Okay. He said, that’s inherently unfair, and he viewed it was unconstitutional. Okay. So there is a decision that that decision...

Gaffney: Specifically, Jerry, the amount of time after the election that votes were still being counted?

Corsi: Yes.

Gaffney: How could this decision be ignored?

Corsi: It’s fairly typical of what’s going on because that decision is so at the heart of voter fraud being proven and being validated by the Supreme Court. The mainstream media ignores that, it’s not reported. So you have to be following the Supreme Court decisions carefully to have picked it up.

It’s not even become precedential. So the Supreme Court’s most recent decision, again, indicated that you could have counting of these ballots, mail-in ballots after the election date itself. So that contradicted a prior decision, which should have been precedential, the BOST decision.

Gaffney: So has BOST essentially been eviscerated by that most recent decision, sir?

Corsi: Well, yes. In fact, the Illinois board is not able to have additional counting now. But again, where that would be applied across all the states has not yet been established. The Supreme Court didn’t take that up in the most recent decision. So the courts are reluctant to enter into this, but that case is extremely important.

Now, what Donald Trump is architecting here, is, I think there’s going to be a national security emergency executive order issued close to the election, which says that we are under Commander-in-Chief Article 2 powers, which are extraordinary in terms of the constitutional authority of the president, that we are under a foreign attack, where our elections are being penetrated by foreign nations, that we are going to have to go to voter ID. Non-citizens are not going to be able to vote. We’re going to have to have paper ballots. We’re going to have to have hand counting of the ballots.

Gaffney: Day of the election voting?

Corsi: Day of election, everything has to be decided, and eliminate this general mail-in ballot where everybody just gets a mail-in ballot, go back to the old tightly controlled absentee system. That’s coming.

Gaffney: I have to ask you to pause. We’re going to pick up on just how important that executive order would be. And can it be contested? And why would it be done closer to the election rather than sooner so that people can make arrangements to presumably honor all of this?

Gaffney: His name is Dr. Jerome Corsi, and he has, in the course of this remarkable career, shaped history, I think it’s fair to say, notably with books that he’s written that are extraordinarily consequential in American political outcomes. We’ll talk about that in the course of this program.

Perhaps a similar impact will be the result of one that he is now birthing, about the Dumb-O-Crats, as he calls them. But first, I want to just say, Jerry, welcome, and thank you for giving us a full hour of your time to scratch the surface of that body of work and shed some light on some of the really important things that you’re focused on at the moment.

Corsi: Well, it’s a great pleasure to be with you, Frank, as always, and I’m looking forward to the discussion.

Gaffney: Thank you, as am I. Jerry, let me start by asking you about the topic that you have thrown yourself into with characteristic but extraordinary energy, and I think impact. That would be the issue of election integrity.

We’ve been told incessantly that there’s nothing to see here, folks. Move along. That Donald Trump is simply obsessed with some fanciful idea that his 2020 election victory was stolen from him and that, in fact, there’s just no evidence at all that, I don’t know, mail-in ballots are a source of fraud or machines have been rigged, including by enemies of our country, to say nothing of the idea that illegal aliens are actually casting ballots in any significant number.

So take this first block, we’ll probably take a couple, but this one in particular, to just level set. Where does the truth lie, and why do you say so with confidence, sir?

Corsi: Well, Frank, about two years ago, a little bit longer than that, perhaps a lawyer in Ohio sent me a paper. He called me up and said he had a paper from a guy named Andrew Paquette, who was a computer genius, who had found that there were algorithms, codes, secret codes in the New York state voter registration official database.

And the paper was too mathematically complicated, and so he wanted me to take a look at it. I took a look at it, took about a week, and I called him back and said, there are algorithms in the state database. It’s shocking.

And what these algorithms permit, an algorithm is a secret code. It’s like cryptography. You know, it’s very advanced mathematical manipulation of data.

So if you have a message you want to communicate to your commanders in field during war, you have to code it so the enemy can’t read what it says. And similarly, the code in the state board of election actual official voter registration database permitted the creation of millions of false records that were many of them were just modified duplicates. They might take your name, Frank Gaffney, and change your middle initial. And that looks like a different person. And so the key to the scheme was not just to create false records, but to be able to get them legitimate state IDs. So your false record, or 10 false records made for you, got 10 legitimate, independent, different state ID, so all 10 were able to vote.

Then they were hidden back in the database and can be pulled out within the computer in mail-in ballots. So if your side looked like it was losing, they say we need five of the false Frank Gaffneys to vote. And suddenly all five of the false Frank Gaffneys request mail-in ballots, which are not mailed, but they are printed and run through the tabulation system.

And so now they look like legitimate votes because all five of the false Frank Gaffneys have legitimate state IDs. The mail-in ballots that’s run through the tabulation has the same number on it. So it looks like a legitimate vote and nobody goes out to check to see if all five Frank Gaffneys exist.

Gaffney: Right. And, Jerry, let me just ask, the issue of voter ID, which we’ll be talking about in connection with the SAVE Act, the president’s quite insistent that you have to have them. You’re saying that even if you had that as a requirement in, say, New York state, as long as this evidently inside job is operating, you can vote illegally as many as you need.

Corsi: That’s right. You have to get rid of the algorithms. You’ve got to get the codes out of the state databases, because as long as they’re in there, you can continue. So you scrub the database, you get rid of the Frank Gaffneys that are false. Well, then the algorithm’s still there. So you go back and recreate them, or you pick another name, or you pick deceased voters, and then you can get non-citizens voting.

You can get anything you want in this. And since the mail-in ballots are mailed en masse, and they can be harvested, someone can go out and pick up the false Frank Gaffneys and have them mailed to them as a harvester. And then they fill out the ballots the way the harvester wants them filled out and dump them in en masse.

There’s all kinds of ways you can cheat with this game.

Gaffney: But, Jerry, let me just ask you, this is an inside job, obviously.

Corsi: It’s an inside job.

Gaffney: Somebody is working this inside the New York state registration. These algorithms... But is it true in other states as well?

Corsi: Yes. If you go to our website, which is godsfivestones.com, which is, of course, after the David and Goliath story where David picks up five smooth stones, which are the right five stones to pick up to go after Goliath. God’s will is done. That’s what we’re wishing here, that we’re praying will happen. But the point is that if you go there, you’ll see we’ve found...

Gaffney: A true David and Goliath struggle.

Corsi: In a true David and Goliath struggle, we’ve found every state we’ve looked at, and there must be now 10 or 15 states, they all have algorithms of what... They’re different. There are variations of this scheme. And it would take a... This is a professional job.

I mean, these are professionally constructed, advanced mathematical algorithms, which were designed not to be found. That Andrew Paquette found them was genius work. When it came to me, what I was able to do is understand it and explain it.

Gaffney: And, Jerry, when you put it all together, what you’re saying is that you have established in, I presume, principally blue states that this is taking place, or is it red and blue, and that you can document that it is having an impact on the vote?

Corsi: Yes. It’s a combination. It’s whomever controls the state board of election, and it’s generally the Democrats who are doing it, even in red states. So certainly all the battleground states in 2020 had algorithms in their database. And you see the pattern. They stop the counting because you know you’re losing, and then you suddenly produce this huge batch of mail-in ballots that show up, and then they are voted.

Gaffney: I think the technical term for it is you cook the books, in other words.

Corsi: Precisely.

Gaffney: And it’s no laughing matter, unfortunately. I mean, we’re seeing the results of this in elections across our country, the extent to which that is happening, and it is, well, disenfranchising legitimate voters.

Obama was very deeply involved with the Democratic Socialists of America. Bannon: Let me ask you the last question.

Give me the reason why, specifically, that the three reps that won their primary and therefore won the general of the DSA that Mamdani promoted in January of next year, what is the logic, what’s your rationale for not seating those three individuals in the new Congress?

Corsi: Well, the rationale is very simple. When you’re seated in Congress, you have to take an oath of office to preserve, protect, and defend the United States Constitution. That doesn’t mean to overthrow the United States Constitution or replace it with a Marxist or Communist Constitution.

It means to defend the one we have. Especially if these people try to seat themselves in Congress, they’ll only be there to destroy, have more ideas that don’t work, more ideas that are negative, more ideas that have been proven through history not to work but to destroy. That’s why they’re proposing these ideas they want to destroy.

Some of their elected mayors, I think Donald Trump, especially in D.C., has a necessity to say they are not going to serve as mayor of D.C. because we’re not going to have a Communist run the District of Columbia.

Bannon: I know. She’s one of probably the most radical of them all.

Dr. Corsi, I want to immerse this audience in the next 24 to 48 hours in your concept of the executive order. Where do people go right now? What’s your website? What’s your social media? Where do we go to immerse ourselves in this so we can understand it better and then get up on the ramparts and start acting as a forcing function on this? Where do people go?

You can see Andrew Paquette’s papers. It shows you the algorithms. It shows you how they take money through ActBlue, which is laundered through the banks, how the people like Brennan and Obama, Clapper, these people were engaged in a coup d’etat, and how, in fact, they’re utilizing child and sex exploitation for money in order to fuel their NGO’s through ActBlue.

The key issue here is if you take a look at godsfivestones.com and take 10 minutes and really study these papers, you’ll see that our election system was designed in order to cheat and steal elections. Our current rules are rules that only make sense if your goal is to steal the election. That’s particularly true with registering noncitizens, not having voter IDs, having general mail-in ballots, all of these harvesting ballots.

It goes on and on. All of these are extending the days of counting the election. All of these are ways for the Democrats to win elections in the computer that they lost in the ballot box.

It will happen most certainly again in 2026. Donald Trump’s only recourse is to do an executive order to save our voter integrity, to save the republic, and prevent these revolutionaries from succeeding in a coup d’etat.

The original “Little Red Book” consisting of quotations from Mao Tse-Tung, the Chairman of the Communist Party of China, was published in China in 1964 during the Cultural Revolution. This Little Red Book is designed not to promote Communism, but to expose the socialist radical left that has hijacked control of the Democratic Party, which historically in United States 20^th Century politics was best described as a center-left party.

Granted, Democrats have supported Russia virtually since the 1917 Communist revolution that put Lenin in power. But in 1989, when the Berlin Wall came down, and again in 1991, when Russia renounced Communism, the Democrats in the United States have turned against Russia. During the “Russia Collusion” hoax of President Trump’s first three years in the White House, Democrats demonized Russia on a fraudulent, no evidence conspiracy theory arguing that President Trump was a covert asset of Vladimir Putin.

Yet, the Trump Derangement Syndrome has reached such an intensity since Trump was inaugurated on January 20, 2017, that the socialists in the Democratic Party have gone insane in their determination to remove him from the presidency. Even an investigation as extensive and costly as that conducted by former FBI Director Robert Mueller’s Office of Special Counsel could find no evidence that Donald Trump has conspired with Russia to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.

Truthfully, the socialists in the Democratic Party – in evidence at least since the days of President Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal – have made their move too soon. They would have been better advised to wait until those of us in the Baby Boomer generation had died. Those of us old enough to have been raised by parents who lived through World War II may be the last generation of Americans educated to believe in the founding principles of limited government and cherishing the presence of God in the U.S. public square.

As we cover in more detail in this book, the Antifa movement is a self-described Marxist-Leninist-Maoist collective that takes its identity from the Red Guards that were a student-based paramilitary social movement organized by Chairman Mao Zedong in Communist China’s Cultural Revolution of 1966-1967. In an attempt to reinvigorate China’s Communist revolution of 1945-1949, thousands of Chinese youth clad in military fatigues roamed the streets of major cities, closing universities, destroying churches, burning libraries, destroying statues and historical monuments, as well as ransacking private homes in an attempt to destroy the “four olds” – old ideas, old customs, old habits, and old culture.

Increasingly, the Antifa movement is taking over as the paramilitary arm of the emerging Democrat Socialist Party. Hunter: Is election fraud real?

Corsi: Yes. I believe Trump is going to have to call the National Guard in certain states in order to get a fair election, just like he in Virginia maybe won, just like President Trump has had to call the National Guard to preserve order in various cities. Until we can get rid of this absolutely insidious ideology, this post-modernism within the Democratic Party, which has gone completely Maoist, we’re not going to be able to have honest elections at all.

Hunter: Can you tell Trump to clean up—I mean, Missouri is a red state, but they’ve got corrupted voter rolls. That’s how they got this abortion abortion law in. Can you tell somebody at the White House to, hey, can you go out to even the red states like Missouri, who have corrupted voter rolls, that the RINOs in the Missouri House and Senate won’t clean up? Can you tell them that for me, or did I just do that?

Corsi: Well, I think we’re doing it right now, and I think Trump’s aware of it.

Trump is saying he will not let another election be stolen, which means he’s ready to take extreme measures in order to preserve election integrity. I think that the case is being built by actions like the head of the RNC filing these 130 actions against 32 states. I think you’re seeing indictments coming out.

I think Maduro will make statements before the election which make it clear that there was a scheme to have the computers change the votes from Trump to Kamala Harris. The American people, I think, should be shocked by this, although the American public may have been so used to the cheating that, again, they consider there’s nothing you can do. But I think there’s plenty we can do, and I think Trump will do it.

Hunter: You know, I had Martin Armstrong on, and I had another source, a private source who works for Big Tech, and they both do data mining, and they both came up with the same thing, that Kamala Harris had something 10% or less in terms of approval rating, and then they came out poll after poll, oh, it’s neck and neck, oh, it’s neck and neck, which is a complete lie.

Corsi: But they’re setting the psychological frame by false polls so that when they cheat and steal the election, you can say, well, the Democratic Party, the candidate just surged at the end.

Hunter: You think the polls are fake, because I think they’re all fake.

Corsi: Polls are all fake. They’re all fake.

Hunter: Wait, let me get that again. Do you think the polls are fake?

Corsi: Yes, I think the polls are all fake. I don’t think there’s a legitimate poll being taken right now.

Hunter: Let’s talk about John Thune. The last time you were on, you were hopeful that maybe they’ll basically pass the say that, which means you have to have, you know, voter ID, and you can’t, you would change the, you would go after the, you know, electronic logarithms, clean up the voter rolls, the mail-in ballots is coming, but he’s not going to do that. What’s going on with that whole deal, and that John Thune, the RINO in the Senate, basically wants the cheating to continue, because I don’t know how else you would frame that.

He wants the cheating to continue. If you don’t stop it, you want it to continue. What’s going on with the say that and what Donald Trump has to do?

Corsi: Well, what Donald Trump’s going to be, first of all, Thune is another one of the compromised RINOs in the Senate.

The House is full of them. Mitch McConnell’s prime case, who for years did the bidding of communist China, with his wife paid by the Chinese. His wife’s family was rich in China, and they wouldn’t have been allowed to be alive if McConnell had not done China’s bidding.

And so Thune and the others are part of the group that have made money in Congress. They benefit from the rules. They don’t, they’re not there to serve the people.

And so therefore, the elitism and the distance from doing anything that’s right in order to preserve privilege and power is what destroys the RINOs in the federal Congress.

Hunter: They won’t pass Trump’s judge picks.

Corsi: No, and they won’t pass a law which repeats law after law after law saying that only citizens can vote because they don’t want to stop the cheating.

That’s what you finally come down to is that people, the cheating is legion. People know it’s legion. They know it’s widespread.

They lie about it. They don’t want it changed. The same with fraud.

The Democrats have learned that you can have a public welfare program and then you can steal all the money through fraud, pretending to do the service for which that money was initially appropriated in order to help the children who needed help in preschool or to help the elderly or whatever. Instead, you come in and cheat and steal the money. And people who do this have no soul or no heart.

Hunter: It’s awful. It’s terrible for Democrats. It’s terrible for the underclass of people, with the Somali fraud and the leering center.

How dare you? You’re a racist. No, the money’s the money. It’s not going to where they said it was going.

So what are we facing now? What’s the game plan now with the No Save Act? What’s Trump going to have to do?

Corsi: I think Trump’s going to have to declare this is a national security emergency. The evidence that the votes were—a scheme was developed in Venezuela for the computers to change the votes. In 2004, the computers were switching votes in Serbia, and there was an attempt to at least shut those computers down electronically before they were able to steal votes, which Peter Ticktin insists is what happened.

And he’s done the research. I know God’s Five Stones (godsfivestones.com), we demonstrated the algorithms in the state board of election databases. You can see the research there of Andrew Paquette.

Those are not being removed from the state databases, voter registration databases. President Trump’s got to say it’s a national security emergency. And under the Article Two powers as commander in chief, he’s going to demand, I believe, proof of citizenship to vote, voter ID to vote, that you’re going to have to have no universal mail-in ballots.

You’re going to have to have paper ballots that can be counted by hand, and you’re not going to be able to utilize machines. I think President Trump will send in the National Guard if he has to do so. He was asked by the before he was left for China, would you send in the National Guard to preserve election integrity in various states? And he answered yes.

He had to, he would. As paramount was the importance of maintaining election integrity, and for that people had to, no elections were honest. And so therefore, President Trump was not going to allow the Democrats to steal the midterm elections and have two years more of nothing but impeachment after impeachment, which is what the Democrats have vowed to do.

Hunter: So I talked to a basically a political representative here in Missouri at my church, and I said, you know, Missouri had the most strict abortion laws. And Donald Trump won, and you know, everybody on the Republican side won. I think Josh Hawley won that year.

And yet this thing that allowed abortion in Missouri, wide open abortion in Missouri, passed. And I said, you know, I think the voter rolls in Missouri, I think they basically went in and changed stuff in the voter rolls. And he said, yeah, our voter rolls are messed up.

And there’s a lot of Republicans don’t want to change the voter rolls. And I’m thinking, oh, my God. I mean, that’s evil.

We were the strictest for abortion in the country, Missouri. Now we’re the most liberal. That can’t happen without cheating.

Am I wrong?

Corsi: No, you’re exactly right. And anyone with any sense knows it. Now, what’s happening right now is that the left, I think, has just gone insane.

They realize they have no agenda. And if they can’t cheat, all they’re about is power. They just want power.

And it doesn’t matter how they get it. And they’re increasingly becoming violent in the attempt to grasp power. And that’s becoming apparent to the American people.

American people see that the Democratic Party will have no legitimate reason for existing. And it’s rapidly proceeding to that point. The Democratic Party has become a rogue, nihilistic, anti-God, anti-family, anti-life destruction engine.

And it’s become dangerous. And the cities which are dominated by Democratic rulers end up being filthy, filled with homelessness, the streets, a disaster with drug needles everywhere, abandoned buildings. And this is Democratic rule.

Hunter: Look at what’s going on in Los Angeles. I’ve never seen this in any other state. Look at what’s going on in Spence and Pratt.

I mean, have you seen these commercials?

Corsi: Yes.

Hunter: Holy cow. How do you stand that? How do you stand that? I mean, what policy do you stand up and say, well, but we were the party that drained all the reservoirs, let all the homeless happen, threw people in jail for First Amendment things.

I don’t know. I mean, that’s what you’re talking about. The Democrats can’t point to a specific policy that really helped people.

Is that what you’re telling me?

Corsi: Every one of the Democratic policies is a lie, or it’s destructive. It’s meant to kill people, meant to reduce populations. It’s meant to endorse criminal activity, to allow cheating, massive fraud, election fraud to keep it in power, and no values other than the embrace of evil.

Hunter: And then we have this from a sitting senator. I’m just going to full screen here for a second. I want you to comment on this.

This is Ron Johnson. Ron Johnson had a hearing just last week, and he talked about all these awful COVID-19 shots, and they were injecting people and mandating them, even though tens of thousands were dying and they knew it, okay? And he says right here, thousands of people were permanently disabled, possibly lost their lives because the FDA hid the fact that there were safety signals, screaming at them with all these deaths and injuries at VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. Then he says this, we need to figure out who is running this deep state.

So Senator Ron Johnson thinks there’s a deep state. And I ask you, Dr. Jerome Corsi, is there a deep state that we’re fighting?

Corsi: Well, I wrote a book, Killing The Deep State, about 2015. And President Trump liked the book, and it was published in Hungarian, Orban liked the book, they discussed it in the Oval Office, it was published in English and Hungarian.

And the deep state is clearly in opposition to anything that is pro-American, anything that is pro-God, pro-life. They embrace nihilistic values. And it’s more than borderline, it’s cross the line often into Satanism.

And that’s the reality. And so therefore, when you look at what the Democratic Party has become, it’s not got an agenda that can really attract votes. It’s got an agenda where you can mutilate children sexually before the age of puberty without the consent of their parents.

You can have to determine that genetically born males can participate in female sports. So the Title VIII protection of women in women’s sports is abandoned. They want to have illegal immigrants flood the country and vote.

They want to release prisoners from the jails and say that the law enforcement are the villains, not the criminals. And judges that will not impose sentences to people who commit violent crimes. Or return to the streets, commit more violent crimes.

Well, who’s going to vote for this agenda? No one’s going to vote for this agenda. So therefore, you’ve got to fabricate your votes, you’ve got to make them up. You’ve got to lie, you’ve got to cheat in order to win an election.

So the Democrats have been hit with several things that are now very damaging. Number one, Supreme Court decided also that you cannot do race-based gerrymandering. Well, the Democrats have been drawing districts based on combining enough minorities with leftist population groups in order to elect radical leftist Democrats.

Okay, now if you can’t do that any longer, the Democrats are going to lose votes in every state, and that’s happening. The Democrats in Virginia tried to get away with the scheme that eliminated districts that would vote Republicans into the House of Representatives. And the Supreme Court turned it down, said that was illegal and unconstitutional.

So the Democrats are going to have to have legitimately drawn districts and scrutiny so they cannot cheat. And we’re going to have to be very careful to make sure that machines are not flipping votes. But we found algorithms in the state board of election databases which are not being removed that continue to permit the creation of thousands of false records, modified duplicates.

It can be given legitimate state IDs and used in mail-in ballot schemes to be apparently legitimate voters, even though they don’t exist.

Hunter: So the last time you were on, you came on, and I’m going to go full screen with this because this is amazing to me. You came on, you made zero hedge on this by the way, this got wide played. Democrat voter fraud in America is legion.

That is a direct quote from you. You used the term legion. Not to Jerome Corsi.

You used that. So just May 11th, just a few weeks ago, here we have the former head of the CIA, and what does John Brenner say? A legion of professionals in DOJ, FBI, CIA are still resisting Trump’s influence. Oh, okay.

So you’re still resisting the will of the people, legion of people. Do you think that was a mistake? Do you think that was just a circumstance from the former head of the Central Intelligence Agency?

Corsi: No, I think he’s responding to the fact that he’s making an argument that the resistance to Trump is overwhelming, and that he’s balancing out against the charge, which is a legitimate charge, that the cheating is legion. So he’s saying, legion of people opposing Trump, that’s the real legion.

And it’s Trump who’s awful, and therefore he’s the one who’s blocking democracy. Well, it’s ridiculous.

Hunter: Cheating? Wait a minute.

I think this is right. You’re saying this as if Brennan, when he comes up and says that a legion of professionals, DOJ, FBI, CIA are resisting Trump. You’re saying he’s admitting that cheating is legion, just what you said.

Corsi: He’s admitting it. But he’s also then trying to counter it by saying that the real legion is the people who are opposing Trump. So he’s trying to change the subject, but by using the same words.

But then it doesn’t work. John Brennan is arguing that it’s legitimate to oppose the President of the United States and the bureaucracy. The job of the bureaucracy is to carry out the will of the executive, not to make its own decisions.

It’s not an independent executive or legislative branch. The bureaucracy is not defined in the Constitution, but it is certainly an extension of the legislative branch. And its duty is to implement rules made by law, by the legislature, but not to be in opposition to the President, because it also serves as part of the executive.

And its job is to administer laws that are promulgated by Congress and signed by the President. And so therefore, he’s legitimating insurrection.

Hunter: Wow.

Corsi: And that’s what the left is not willing to admit. But the left right now in America has become the Democratic Party, which has for a long time been a communist party, has now morphed into being a revolutionary party, an insurrectionist party, a party of nihilistic values, one that has no real core values other than subjective whims of individual decisions and wishes. The reality is entirely subjective.

But the point is that the design of the party is to destroy America. And that was the original communist plan. But now the Democratic Party is open, supporting Marxists for office, and Marxists who are Islamicists, radical Islamicists like Mamdani.

You know, you’ve got this bizarre fusion of radical Islam and extreme leftism because they both hate the United States. And they’re joined on the principle that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I think I was kicked off, I can’t prove this, but I was kicked off of YouTube because I was covering the election fraud. It was obviously, it was election fraud in my humble opinion. Now we’re finding out it really was obviously, and they’re having the receipts to prove it, that a 2020 election was totally fraudulent and Joe Biden shouldn’t have been elected.

They booted me off of YouTube. I had 90 million video views and 250,000 subscribers, but I continue because it’s awful. And I’m not the only one that thinks that.

A few weeks ago, I had Dr. Jerome Corsi on who’s a PhD at Harvard, from Harvard. He’s written 50 political books. He’s a brain when it comes to politics.

He thinks it’s voter fraud too. And then this story breaks, this is why I decided to come on. RNC Chair Joe Brothers announces 130 lawsuits filed across 32 states to stop Democrat election shenanigans as President Trump deploys an army of election lawyers to stop the steal.

So they have to steal. He said on a prior interview, Dr. Corsi, they have to cheat the Democrats in order to win. Dr. Jerome Corsi, thank you for joining us today on USA Watchdog.

Corsi: A pleasure to be back with you, Greg. Thank you.

Hunter: Tell me about what’s going on with this RNC and 130 lawsuits to start. This is, I think, is in addition to everything else you’re talking about. What’s going on with that? Is this a good thing?

Corsi: Well, I think it’s a very good thing. First of all, the reporting on it was miserable.

No one really followed up or gotten into any detail. Every time there’s a story favorable to Donald Trump or about election fraud, the mainstream media ignores it totally, trying to kill the story. Now, what I think is the case here is that the Republican National Committee has caught on to what we’ve been arguing, namely that this case boasts BOST versus Illinois State Board of Elections, which was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court on January 14, 2026, gives standing to existing clients, people running for office.

Michael BOST was a congressman, and he contested an election before the election occurred on the idea that the Illinois Board of Elections had set up a system where any mail-in ballot that was post-buffer certified no later than election day and received within two weeks of the election had to be counted. And BOST argued that that was an inherently unfair law or regulation, and that, for instance, someone who—if it’s a 100-meter race, you can’t let people run 103 meters. Say the winner of the 103 meters was also the winner of the 100-meter race.

The person who was leading at 100 meters may not be the person who was leading at 103 meters. It’s inherently unfair. And this is a remarkable decision for two reasons.

It gives standing to someone running for office to contest an election before the election is heard, is held, without proof that the provision challenged—namely, this extra days counting for mail-in ballots—was going to be inherently detrimental to their chances of winning, and just that it was an unfair provision in that you couldn’t just keep allowing extra days to count ballots that came in beyond the election day, even if they were postmarked election day or prior. And fairness then becomes a standard in which of these 130 cases brought to challenge provisions in state law under BOST, the courts will have to give these petitioners standing. They’ll have to hear the case.

And if they rule extra counting days or procedures with regards to harvesting mail-in ballots or any number of things that the Democrats do are wrong, the courts can strike those provisions down prior to the election being held. And this is a significant challenge and one which Chief Justice Roberts, who wrote the opinion of 6-3 opinion of the court, encouraged states and encouraged contestants for office to challenge the rules. And that’s a remarkable decision.

I think that these cases are likely to succeed.

Hunter: So these people that are counting all the, oh, our Democrat candidate didn’t win. To your point, they have to cheat to win.

And then they wait two weeks later and then they get all the ballots and all come in for their candidate and none for the other guy and that person wins. That’s what you’re talking about. You’re saying that extra counting days equals fraud.

Corsi: Right. Conclusion of this case, extra days for counting is fraud. Now, another case could be that mailing in universal mail-in ballots to everybody on the voting roll constitutes fraud as well, because people haven’t requested them.

You may be giving the opportunity to double vote or triple vote. And, you know, you can’t have just a broad mailing of mail-in ballots in order to get the ones in that you want to count for your candidate to win.

Hunter: And this is what this is about, this 130 lawsuits.

The rules, extra counting days, mail ballots to everybody, all these rules where they just basically rig it against the Republicans.

Corsi: And just as Roberts was very clear in this decision, I mean, the language makes it painfully clear that this is not a challenge that both was going to lose because of these. It’s just that, you know, it’s wrong to conduct an election this way because it’s it is a rule that could allow for cheating.

And he makes the point in the Justice’s opinion in his decision that it is a extra day counting. And it encourages this kind of fraud. And so that’s one of the reasons why it just can’t be allowed to, you know, to be tolerated so that I can find some of the language I wanted to read a paragraph or two.

Hunter: This is powerful. I mean, to your point, this backs up your contention. If the Democrats can’t cheat, extra days, ballots to everybody, Tom, Dick and Harry, illegal aliens voting, voter rolls where dead people and everybody else votes.

If they can’t do that, they can’t win.

Corsi: They can’t win. And so these 130 challenges in 30 states might undermine the Democrats’ plans to win those states by cheating.

So Chief Justice Roberts says each runner in 100 meter dash, for example, would suffer if the race were unexpectedly extended to 105 meters. Whether a runner expects to finish strong or fall off the pace in the final five minutes, all would be deprived of the chance to compete for the prize that the rules define. The fastest to run 105 meters has not won the 100 meter dash.

In much the same way, an unlawful extension of vote counting deprives candidates of the opportunity to compete for election under the Constitution and laws of the United States. Well, that’s very clear.

Hunter: So whether it’s postmarked on election day, and then they send it in two weeks later, sorry, wasn’t there on election day.

Corsi: Wasn’t there on election day, you can’t count it.

Hunter: Wow. Okay. That’s huge.

Corsi: Right. And it’s not based on the fact that that rule is going to cause you to lose.

You don’t have to prove that. Okay. And Justice Roberts wrote, nor would requiring candidates to plead a substantial risk of harm to their vote share, to vote share, leave courts on any sure footing.

Such an approach would force judges to assess whether their election rule is likely to disadvantage a particular candidate. Wow. And at least as respondents suggest, justices must then also ensure that any disadvantage is linked to reputational or financial harm.

Judges are no better qualified to make such determinations than they are to assess a candidate’s likelihood of winning or losing. If they could do so, this approach would still channel many disputes into post-election litigation. To bring a pre-election suit, a candidate would have to plead and prove that voters who take advantage of the challenge rule will favor his rivals.

Doing so while campaigning for those same voters’ support is not just awkward, but politically dangerous. Particularly for the new election rules that may require divulging information about vulnerabilities rival candidates could exploit. Faced with that prospect, many candidates are sure to wait until after the votes are counted to sue.

So you can sue beforehand, you don’t have to prove that it’s to your detriment, the rule. You just have to prove that the rule is unfair.

Hunter: You can’t count votes after election day, which is what it says in the Constitution.

Hunter: Spencer Pratt was telling me about how Democrats were going to vote for him. Because I talk to Democrats all the time, they’re sick of this. So aren’t they disenfranchising these vote cheaters? Hunter: One last question. The silver lining, because I think this is so bad. Oh, maybe there’s a silver lining that it’s so bad and over the top.

What’s the silver lining for the outrageous, over-the-top cheating that even some Democrats go, oh yeah, they’re cheating? What’s the silver lining for the California governor and mayor vote in California?

Corsi: It’ll come under criminal investigation. And they’ll face criminal indictments. The governors in these states, they’re resisting Trump and allowing the fraud, are risking criminal prosecution.

And when they realize that, they’re not going to be so enthusiastic about it. They think they control the Justice Department, can stop anybody being paid who is weaponized and punished by the Democrats and Obama with his false Russian collusion narrative. I’ve faced it myself.

These people are like, you know, alcoholics who finally can’t hide it anymore. So it’s, in closing, it’s going to get nasty. It’s already nasty.

It’s now going to get justice. And that’s going to be a little bit tough for people to accept, who have been brainwashed into accepting this Democratic Party nonsense that a man can be a woman and that I have to put tampons in male bathrooms and all the other crap to mutilate children sexually before they reach the age of puberty. Democrats are about death.

These children can’t reproduce. They want to have abortion. They think there’s overpopulation.

They want climate change in order to stop using hydrocarbon fuels. All the Democratic ideas are bad. And finally, the American people will see that the Democratic Party is a nihilistic, godless party that hates America.

And when that’s obvious and clear to people, the Democratic Party will cease to exist.

Hunter: Somebody said that they let Steve Hilton go through. I want you to comment on this.

I actually read this in a comment It says they let Steve Hilton go through. It was before he was just, when the DOJ announced they were investigating. Oh, Steve Hilton made it into the final count, too.

Corsi: They’ll steal it from Hilton in the general. They’re not worried about that. They can steal any election. They’ll do it. They’ll succeed, unless they’re stopped.

Hunter: And you think that Trump’s going to put the kibosh on them?

Corsi: Yes, I do. Trump is not going to permit the midterm elections to be stolen. Has he told you this personally? Did he say anything? No, I’ve not spoken to him on this.

But Peter Tickin and I have been working on it for two years. And Peter has dealt directly with the president. And it’s Andrew Paquette’s work and the work I’ve done to advance Andrew Paquette’s work that has made the case that this is how the Democrats steal.

This is how they certify non-existent votes.

Hunter: Is it Ticktin? I’ve heard him say it.

And I’m thinking about that it’s gotten, it seems to me that these people have become desperate, and you’re talking about criminal accusations, the fraud, and it happens because they’re in control of law enforcement, they’re in control of their State Bureau of Investigation, they’re in control of their local DAs, they’re in control of all that. So like Ellison and Tim Walz, the revelation in Congress was they knew all about the leering center and the fraud that was happening in Minnesota. And then we have this, and I’ve brought this up before, but I’m going to bring it up again.

This is huge. Vice President Vance, who is the head of the fraud department, the anti-fraud department, fires off criminal referral DOJ against Minnesota governor and attorney general following bombshell House report. Am I wrong? Why do you think there’s this increase, and I could be wrong, but I think there’s an increased air of desperation and freaked outness with the Democrats.

Why do you think that is?

Corsi: Well, the Democrats have been caught. They’ve been caught lying, stealing, cheating, hating the United States of America, resisting ICE, violating all the rules of not supporting the ICE when it’s a lawful mission to find and get out of the country illegal criminal aliens, and they’re committing crimes. And we now understand that the money is coming in from foreign nations.

It’s coming in from George Soros, coming in from money laundering and banks. We have SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center, under criminal indictment. We have them testifying to Congress.

Now we’re going after Act Blue. You take away the money of the Democratic Party, and you take away their hold on the mainstream media. They’re lying, they’re cheating, and they’re stealing.

The Democratic Party goes away in indignity. This is a horrendous party. It has no moral justification in America.

It doesn’t deserve to exist. And I think the American people, when they realize the corruption and the hatred at the heart of the Democratic Party, are not going to tolerate it.

Hunter: Would you say, and it looks to me, I mean, it’s so over the top, it’s so desperate, so money everywhere from China, from Soros, from outside sources, Venezuela, like you talked about.

It’s like they’re doing a color revolution trying to overthrow the country. Is that what they’re doing?

Corsi: They are, that’s what they’re doing. Well, in other words, color revolutions were the State Department and Soros figuring out how to overthrow governments in Northern Africa and Ukraine by manipulating crises and causing riots and panic. And then the government was overthrown as part of all the chaos that they caused.

Well, they tried to do the same thing here, and they were damn close to succeeding. But in fact, Donald Trump, although he stole an election in 2020 and denied the right to be president when he won the election in 2020, he won in 2024, and now he’s coming after them. Donald Trump’s not going to let this happen again.

He’s going to make sure—I believe he’ll issue a national security emergency declaration, another executive order, and he’s going to demand that there be only citizens voting, proof of citizenship to vote, paper ballots, end of this universal mail-in ballot scheme, going back to the absentee ballots, which are tightly controlled. And if he has to, he’ll send in the National Guard to take over the election for a state that doesn’t want to comply.

Hunter: I’m Greg Hunter. Welcome to USA Watchdog. Elections all over the country, including in California now.

The Republican candidate for governor got pushed through. Some of the comments online were like, oh, the Justice Department is out there, they’re going to file charges to do investigations. And they pushed Steve Hilton through.

Spencer Pratt, not so lucky. And it’s so obvious that the cheating is so bad, the comments online, is that even the Democrats don’t believe it. But here is how they’re framing it at USA Today, the lying legacy media icon.

Pratt lost because he was a laughable candidate, really. Not the mayor that burned down more than 10,000 structures, not her. Okay.

And then Donald Trump is going off on the election fraud. He says, rigged California election, not possible. Third world nation, rigged elections, Fed announces several election fraud investigations.

This may be the tip of the iceberg, it’s something that brings them down. And here we are, the Associated Press, this is how they’re covering for these people. Associated Press calls mayor’s race for Nithya Raman after another fraudulent ballot drop Barry Spencer Pratt.

Raman gets 33,000 votes in one sitting. And maybe they’re hanging on to the fraud so hard because of this is their future. Vice President Vance sent a criminal referral to DOJ after against Minnesota Governor and Attorney General following bombshell House report, and that is that they knew all about the fraud up there in Minnesota, you know, the Leering Center.

And to talk about the election is a guy who’s on the pulse. I know I’m bringing it back, but this is big news and he’s the hot hand. Is Pratt out or is the game not over yet?

Corsi: Well, I think the game is not over yet in the sense that everybody’s aware that there was cheating.

I don’t think there’s any, it’s now obvious there’s cheating. There’s no excuse for counting the ballots this long into the game. The algorithms that are in the database permit the creation of these false records.

The voter gets a signature, which can then be mapped into the voting registration file. And if you want to cheat mail-in ballots, all you have to do is go into your fake records, your non-citizens, and start voting them with mail-in ballots that you don’t actually mail, just print and run through the computer. The signatures are going to match and the numbers are going to match.

That doesn’t mean it’s a legitimate vote. And so California is so lax in so many different ways. They allow vote harvesting, they allow the people to pay for homeless to vote.

There’s any number of crimes committed every time California does an election. And finally, the public caught on. And this scheme to have the counting go on for enough days until the candidate, the Democrats, want to win wins magically, you know, with 10,000 or 30,000 votes, and none of them are for the candidates the Democrats want to lose.

We’ve seen this in 2020 with Joe Biden. The stopping of the counting, there’s already a Supreme Court decision, Bost v. the Illinois Board of Elections, in which the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Roberts, 6-3 decision, majority of the court said that adding days onto counting is inherently illegal and unconstitutional because it’s fraud. It invites fraud.

You can’t have a 100-meter race extended to 103 meters and award the winner at 103 meters who is not the winner at 100 meters. It’s just completely fraudulent. And so, therefore, I think the people have caught on to it.

And California is not going to get away with it for much longer. California is now risking criminal investigations and criminal penalties.

Hunter: Do you think that they are going to go in and say, hold the presses, preserve all the evidence? We want to look at what went on.

Do you think that the Justice Department is going to get that granular and Harmeet Dhillon is going to come in there and say, no, no, no, I want to take a look at this. I mean, is this going to be the fraud fest that finally exposes the massive fraud? Is this going to be the proverbial fraudulent vote that breaks the voter frauds back?

Corsi: I think it’s a step in that direction. I think we’re going to get more.

I think we have Maduro in captivity from Venezuela. He engineered a lot of the 2020 rigging of the machines. I believe he’s going to come public with that information.

The American people are now going to get hit with a series of revelations of the extent to which the Democrats are cheating and voting. We’ve got a series of revelations about the fraud in Medicare, Medicaid, autism payments. We’re going to find the head of ActBlue just got subpoenaed this afternoon to come before the Republicans in the Senate.

She has been engaging in mortgage fraud for years, where money from the border has run through the banks, bank money laundering, child sex trade from Obama opening up the border in that 2000, I believe, 14 or 15, 2012, really, with Honduras. It’s child sex trade, fentanyl, and the Sinaloa drug cartel, cocaine brought in the United States, the money went through the banks. So ActBlue would buy a house for a million dollars and take out $10 million in mortgage loans, which were not real mortgage loans.

They were just paybacks from what was stolen at the border of the criminal activity with the banks laundering the money to the benefit of the Democratic Party. So we’re going to see so much corruption on the part of the Democrats. I don’t see how there won’t be criminal prosecutions.

And if the U.S. attorneys don’t follow it up, Donald Trump will quickly be getting rid of the U.S. attorneys and appointing new ones.

Hunter: Do you think it’s over for Spencer Pratt? I mean, they’re already making fun of him. And, oh, you said he’d move, and I’m going to give you some moving boxes.

And is it over for him? Or should he sit tight and just wait?

Corsi: He should file suit and fight like hell.

Hunter: You would tell him, file suit and do it under the Bost case saying, you counted all these votes after the votes were in. That is illegal. I want to hold the election and stop this counting and throw all that crap out. Is that what you’re talking about? Explain his case. Explain it to me.

Corsi: Well, the Bost case was one where Representative Bost was running for election in Illinois. And Illinois, like California, had a rule that if the mail-in ballot was postmarked on election day or before, it could be counted for, I believe, two weeks after the election was over. And the Supreme Court with Justice Roberts, you know, Bost v. Illinois Board of Elections, it was decided in January this year, 2026, Chief Justice Roberts wrote the majority opinion.

And he said that extending the counting in an election the number of days beyond the end of the election, of election day, was unfair, unconstitutional, and illegal. Now, he didn’t state it for a state court. It could say he was just ruling that for a federal election, but I guarantee it applies to a state election, too.

And California is on dangerously thin ice if they think they can get away with it. If we have a lawsuit filed to contest this election, I think the entire situation will come apart for the Democrats. And by the way, there’s a Mississippi case (Watson v. RNC) that’s also been decided.

We haven’t had it announced yet from the Supreme Court. But I think the Supreme Court is also going to say that Mississippi’s counting after election day is also illegal and unconstitutional. So I don’t think the Democrats are going to get away with this for very much longer.

Hunter: So Pratt should file suit and fight like hell. You’re saying you think Pratt has a good case.

Corsi: He’s got a very good case, and he can put people in jail, put the governor in jail if he wanted to. He can put the Board of Elections in jail. He can put the criminals who were involved in all this to jail.

And he ought to pursue it diligently.

Corsi: Donald Trump cannot afford to give up on what the Democrats want to fund in their woke, insane agenda.

Hunger: So, number one is they’re cutting off the benefits. What’s number two? What’s the second one?

Corsi: Well, number two is they’re going to then—I think three things Trump is doing.

Cutting off the benefits, and also, by the way, posting signs in the airports about here’s how you self-deport, encouraging them just to leave. Number two, you get ICE very active in the states, where ICE is identifying, rounding up, and deporting illegal immigrants. And third, if you need to, you bring in the National Guard or the U.S. Army under the Insurrection Act, and you take control of these states, and the governors like Pritzker in Chicago or these various mayors want to say, well, we’re not going to cooperate with ICE.

They’re committing crimes. They need to be arrested and indicted, because it’s a crime not to—it’s a crime to interfere with the work of ICE in deportation. It’s illegal to be in the United States, and you can’t say that rounding these people up, especially the criminal illegal immigrants, who the Democrats want to just let out of jail.

I mean, this is, again, we’re facing a massive ideology, the Democratic Party that went communist, and now has just gone anarchist. I wrote a book about this, Neomarxism, Cultural Maoism, and Anarchy. So we’re in the anarchy stage of the Democratic Party, and Barack Obama, by creating this Russian collusion hoax, which they knew was a lie, committed treason.

They’re trying to remove from the White House a duly elected president, Donald Trump, and they stole an election in 2020. Treason was committed. And these groups like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, are terrorist organizations.

It’s not aging Catholics like me who like the Latin Mass. We’re law-abiding. We’re citizens.

And that we like the Latin Mass doesn’t make us terrorists, unless you think that God is Satan. And these people are so twisted in the Democratic Party that they woke Agenda, their language games, and confused them so that black is white, and sex isn’t your gender, gender isn’t your sex.

Hunter: So if they get their benefits cut off, and that’s what part of what the big beautiful bill was, cutting off the benefits, right? But if they cut these benefits off, their voters have no reason to stay or no reason to vote for them. Is that what this fight’s about?

Hunter: I’m Greg Hunter. Welcome to USA Watchdog.com. If you look at what’s going on with Antifa and the Portland riots and the governors fighting back in California and in Illinois and in Oregon, and then you have this general, which you want to talk to about my next guest, saying he’s going to protect a general of the nation. He’s going to protect the protesters, a general in the National Guard.

The last time I had this guest on, he outlined the voter fraud problem that he was working on with a close friend of the president also. But also, too, that the intel agency’s caught in massive voter fraud, Dr. Jerome Corsi. Dr. Jerome Corsi, to tell you, 30 books, PhD in science from Harvard, political science, I should say.

His latest thing is all about this voter fraud. That’s been quiet. But I was thinking, is all this upheaval and unrest and Antifa and all this money flowing in, all these groups that have been pegged with funding, all these violent protests, is that all have to do with voter fraud? My next guest, Dr. Jerome Corsi, says yes.

Dr. Corsi, thanks for joining us today on USA Watchdog.com.

Corsi: Great pleasure to be back with you, Greg Thank you.

Hunter: Let’s start with the government shutdown.

I called you on this and said, you know, I’m just thinking that this has to do with protecting their voters. They want all this Obamacare for illegal aliens. And you said, yes, I can address that.

Yes, it’s all linked. Tell me how this is all linked. The government shutdown is linked to voter fraud.

Corsi: Well, the Democratic Party has now put its future into supporting illegal immigrants and getting illegal immigrants into the country in massive numbers to vote for Democrats. The Democrats can’t win an election, I don’t think, legitimately. The numbers they want to win them in, so the Democrats have decided they’ll just start stealing elections.

And this goes back 20, 30 years. It’s been a long-term plan of the Democratic Party, the radicals in the Democratic Party. It started in states like Colorado, where the Democrats began to realize that they could use various techniques of segmenting voters and getting voters to oppose one another.

And then they finally realized, why do we bother with all of this? Let’s just steal elections by making up votes or getting illegals to vote or criminals to vote or just vote people who don’t exist and get away with it. So the most radical schemes have been not only bringing all the illegals in and getting things like voter-voter. You know, if you get a driver’s license with a green card, then you’re automatically registered to vote, even though a green card does not prove a citizenship.

You’re not a citizen. But since you’ve got a driver’s license, they say, well, you can vote. And that’s a backdoor that the Democrats create.

And then they say you’re suppressing the vote if you don’t allow this to happen. Then they create algorithms in the state board of election databases that can create millions of false records, duplicate records—I’ll just change the name slightly or the address or the middle initial—and they get this newly created false vote, a legitimate state ID so it can vote and seem like a real voter, even though the person doesn’t exist. And that counts in a mail-in ballot scheme as a legitimate vote that is completely contrived from within the computer.

And that’s why I say the intelligence agencies are involved, because these algorithms, these codes are so embedded in every state that I’ve looked at, and Andrew Paquette is a computer genius that figured this out. We have a large section of our website, God’s Five Stones, G-O-D-S-N-O-p-o-s-t-o-r-p-e, and you spell the word five, F-I-V-E, stones is plural, dot com, and you can see all the work we’ve done showing these algorithms are in the state board of elections, and they are using mail-in voting fraud. So the shutdown now threatens—the Democrats are going to fight desperately over this for two reasons.

Number one, they are deathly afraid that the government is going to cut off all the benefits the Democrats have voted to keep illegals in the country—free hotel rooms in New York City, free credit cards, free medical care through Medicaid or Medicare, all the positive money that’s been flowed into keeping—the Catholic Church was getting $9 billion, huge amounts of money, just simply to support illegal immigrants coming into the country. If closing our borders, we were committing the crime. So once you can have non-voters paid by the Democratic Party, or votes that are made up that don’t exist, and you can control the state boards of election, you can’t lose an election.

You can win them all, because you can win them within the computer. We’re losing this election. We need 5,000 mail-in ballots.

So 5,000 of our fake voters request a mail-in ballot, which is printed. The numbers match. You run the printed one.

You don’t mail it. You can’t mail a ballot to somebody who doesn’t exist, but you print it and run it through the tabulating machine. And now you’ve got a vote that counts, even though the person doesn’t exist.

And no one goes out to check to see if that voter is real. The Democrats know this is lying and cheating, but the Democratic Party has gotten to the point with the intelligence agencies where they think that they’ve got a game on and it’s never going to be found out, and they cannot afford to give up on what the Democrats want to fund in their woke, insane agenda.

Corsi: Extended voting was inherently designed in order to permit criminal activity to steal the election. And the Supreme Court’s already ruled that.

Gardner: Do you think any day now we’re supposed to get this SCOTUS ruling on whether election day is genuinely election day and whether counting ballots after election day is illegal, which direction do you think that they’re going to lean?

Corsi: Well, the Supreme Court’s already ruled 6-3 that extended counting is illegal.

They’ve already decided that issue. Okay. They’re not going to reverse their own precedent.

So that decision’s going to expand the precedent. Okay, you’ll still have, you know, the three communist judges screaming their heads off and shouting about how unfair this is now. They’ll call it racist.

You know, every epithet that the left likes to throw at people in order to demean them, Southern Poverty Law Center being the leader in this course, Southern Poverty Law Center’s also funding the hate groups that they tend to oppose, that create the boogeyman, fund it, including buying, you know, the white cloths for the Ku Klux Klan and the wood to burn the crosses.

Garner: Yeah, that was a wild story for me to cover. I was like, wait a minute, they’ve been funding the evil that they purport to go against and then they’ve raised $100 million for the Democrat Party and they’ve put nearly a billion dollars in assets in their war chest, all over fabricated hate, racial inequality, it’s bananas.

Corsi: It’s a criminal scheme. It’s a criminal scheme. Okay, and the criminals need to go to prison for doing this.

That’s the heads and the creators and the founders and the wealthy people, ripped out of their houses and the, you know, in California hills of, you know, Malibu and other places that from all the stolen money. And what about Antifa, where they are paid to riot with setups where the riot materials are delivered onto them on site, where they have centers where they can go and recover, where they’re training manuals to train them. They’re paid, they’re actors, they’re violent actors.

So you take psychopaths and you recruit them into your political movement, which is aimed to destroy, burden on the city of Portland, Oregon. And then tell the president, with Trump in his first administration, he couldn’t, we had two, you know, we had a general and a secretary of defense say he couldn’t use the military to put out the riots in Portland, Oregon in 2020. You know, you’d wait to see what president Trump releases.

It’ll shock the American people. And you’re getting the predicate of that set up now so that when he has an executive order and the national guard shows up in California to run the election and Newsom is put under arrest along with the secretary of state and indicted, American people may wake up.

Gardner: I hope that’s the case.

Gardner: The CEO, now I guess she’s the former CEO, but she’s called in before Congress, put under oath, asked about, are you guys rigging elections? Are you falsifying your documents? Are you bringing in fraudulent money? Are you bringing in foreign money? Are you bringing in drug money? Every question, she pleads the fifth as if that’s going to make this investigation go away. Trump’s gone after USAID. He’s gone after the NGOs.

Now they’re going after ActBlue, which, I mean, anyone with common sense and their eyes open can see that these guys were manipulating elections by allowing foreign money and falsified documents. But your thoughts on why she’s pleading the fifth? Is it just to protect herself from going to jail or it doesn’t make the investigation go away, right?

Corsi: Well, it slows it down. First of all, that’s an obvious sign that two things, that we have the knowledge that all those things are happening, that foreign money’s coming in, that the NGOs are, that they’re money laundering, that all money laundering is coming from opening the border, that the banks are involved.

I called HSBC money laundering in 2011. You can’t run the drug operation without the banks being involved. Can’t drive around semi-trucks full of $100 bills to buy your tacos with a $100 bill you take out of the back of the semi-truck.

Gotta get a credit card. It’s gotta get in the banks. And so therefore, what the real criminals that they need to go after are Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, people who made up the Russian collusion investigation, concocted it out of whole cloth, went after people like me to put me in prison because they thought they could silence me.

I refused to take their plea deal. They closed the investigation because the investigation was all a lie. So when Waltz and Newsom and a dozen other governors and lieutenant governors and secretaries of state begin to be prosecuted and NGOs, so Southern Poverty Law Center and Act Blue and George Soros and a dozen other organizations pumping foreign money into the United States to destroy the United States when they go to prison, then we might have the ability to clean some of this up.

But these are not politicians. These are the front men for the criminal syndicates and organizations behind them. And their aim is to destroy America.

And now that’s becoming obvious. That’s why Trump is so angry about it. Now Trump is gonna be systematically going after it and he is not gonna allow the 2026 election to be stolen.

And the people in California think they just pulled a fast one and are gonna get away with it. They may be sadly disappointed when some of them are facing imprisonment for what they’ve just done. But the crime is in the computers.

And Trump just signed an executive order that said that anyone who refuses, there’s some 30 states that refuse to turn over their records to the Department of Justice, their voting registration. And Trump just said, if you do not, a state that does not turn over for examination by the federal government, its state board of election voter registration file will not be permitted to use the U.S. Post Office on mail-in-balance schemes. That was just done last night.

Okay, and so that’s the first step to shutting it down and going after the criminals. Okay, because someone put the algorithms into the computers as we saw on God’s five stones. You can’t have this fraud occur just by creating false votes.

You have to create false votes that can be certified, which means creating false votes in the computer, giving them names and signatures and other aspects that can be validated. Make it mail-in ballot, but don’t check the postmarks or have the postmarks made up. Supreme Court vs. the Illinois Board of Elections ruled in January, Chief Justice Roberts wrote the opinion.

A 6-3 decision, majority decision said that a candidate for office has standing to challenge election rules as unfair. And they ruled that the election law in Illinois, which allowed the counting of mail-in ballots for two weeks after election day was illegal and criminal and unconstitutional because it was unfair. And they compared it to having a 100 meter race be allowed to be run to 103 meters.

So someone who is not the fastest at 100 could win the race.

Corsi: To all the, you know, where was Biden and Obama’s justice department where the money was being stolen in Minnesota by the Somalis? Well, they brought the Somalis in to steal the money. They planted them where they could steal the money. And the department of justice turned a blind eye because its mission was to protect the Somalis.

Even though they were stealing the money that, you know, again, the justice department didn’t care. In fact, they were protecting it. Okay.

When you really understand how corruption operates and the extent of it, you know, you, a criminal enterprise is what we’ve created as our governments. And certainly the Democrats want to pursue that because the Democrats are not only a criminal element, they’re a revolutionary criminal element saying with, along with Kamala Harris, Oh, we’re not going to be restrained by the past. We’re going to look to the, we’re going to imagine the future.

John Lennon. Let’s imagine a world without God. There’ll be no wars.

Let’s imagine a world where people loved each other. Well, we can create that because we’re believers. Come and join us.

There’s millions of us. Yeah. Well, it’s all a lie.

A small group of people are going to steal the money promising utopia to the others who believe they’re going to get it. And for a while, the criminals protect those who are forces of destruction. Destroy the family.

Mutilate the children have euthanasia for the old after they’re depressed, give them drugs that depress them, make them available easily through opioids. And fentanyl kill the ones who are going to be on drugs, get them in the streets to destroy the cities. And you’ve got a consciously designed destruction, which is the prelude to the system collapse.

And that’s why Donald Trump is so hated is because he won’t go along with it. He’s not, not a Biden or a Jill Biden who was writing books and now lying that she saw nothing of the dysfunction of her husband and the mainstream media parroting that theme. I mean, the depth of this is it’s almost to the point where it’s irreversible.

And, uh, but yet there are forces that, you know, I always said in the end, God always wins, God did not create this place to lose the end of this book has already been written and Satan loses. As Satan’s plans always have a defect. And the defect is they don’t work.

Brilliant scheme, but children who change sex, mutilate their sex sexual organs, can’t reproduce. They were promised that they would have a wonderful life as a woman, even though they were born as a man of all the functions, the men can have periods and the women, you know, the men can have babies and, and so we can all be happy. Well, they know that can’t happen.

And so those people are doomed not to be able to reproduce themselves and to die, to have miserable, psychologically destructive lives in which they ultimately want to kill themselves. So we’ll help them. Kill themselves. Make it easy.

Gardner: Yeah. It’s kind of become the party of nihilism.

Corsi: The book I wrote on The Truth About Neo-Marxism, Cultural Maoism, and Anarchy explains all this. It’s a tough book to read. You have to be disciplined to read the book.

I decided not to restrain anything because, you know, I’m only going to be able to write so many more books. And so therefore I put everything in it. It makes it a little bit more difficult to read.

It’s not explained in terms for the average reader who doesn’t want to work. But if you get through that book, you’ll understand what’s going on.

Gardner: Dr. Corsi, let me show you this. President Trump alluded to the fact that you’re not going to believe how crooked the 2020 election was. Trump says a full file about the theft of the 2020 election is going to come out.

He went on to say, it’s worse than any of us can imagine. I know you’re out in California right now with the election abnormalities and rigging that’s going on out there. But before we get into LA and California, what do you think when President Trump says there’s a full file that’s about to come out, do you think that’s something that Tulsi Gabbard has been putting together and they are going to release before the midterm election? What do you think he’s alluding to?

Corsi: There are people in the White House and outside the White House who have been working to put together these files.

The files are going to be extensive. Go to God’s five stones, we’ve given you the preview of how the elections are really stolen. It’s not enough to just have false votes.

You have to have false votes that are certifiable. So you have to be able to create legitimate state ID numbers for people who don’t exist, or modified duplicates because you have to be able to certify the votes, which is one whole level of fraud which occurs within the computers. Computers have to be altered for the fraud to pass the muster of the certification process.

The numbers have to match, and the names have to match, and even the signatures have to match if you’re doing mail-in ballots with fake votes. If you’ve got a motor voter signature from an illegal, the box is not checked and they go over to the Secretary of State, which happens in California, and they get a voter ID. That signature can come with the record.

When that person votes a mail-in ballot, it looks like they really did it because the signatures match and the numbers match in the computer. But the person is illegal or doesn’t exist. On the mail-in ballots, in California, you can do vote harvesting.

One person go out and do 1,000 signatures and then they control those ballots, and they vote those ballots, not the people. They can go into the streets and pay the fentanyl guys out here, dying in California streets on fentanyl and cocaine, and pay them in drugs or money to get their signatures to control their votes. None of these mail-in ballots are canvassed to find out if the people really existed or if they actually voted.

So you’ve created a system that was designed for fraud, and we have Maduro in captivity, and Trump will release the information on how the election computers were altered by foreign nations operating through Venezuela under Maduro. Maduro in captivity to not have to spend the rest of his life in prison might actually come forward and say a lot of this. American people are about to be shocked by what they’re told, and it will set up a basis for a national security emergency declaration by the president that if our elections are not secure, if they’ve been invaded and altered by foreign interests like Communist China or other countries, we don’t have control of the republic.

And as such, he will say it’s going to take only citizens can vote, so you’re going to have to have proof of citizenship and a voter ID, plus no more universal mail-in ballots, and eliminate the machines, and if necessary, send the National Guard in to make sure the state runs a legitimate election, the same way that President Eisenhower and President Truman, I’m sorry, President Eisenhower and John Kennedy had to send in the National Guard to integrate the schools in the South in the 1950s and 1960s. So we’re at that level of criminal activity that now has permeated our system, that’s going to require that level of executive action in order to get it altered and righted, the same way Eisenhower and Kennedy had to do their jobs to protect the rights of all Americans to attend school. And we’re at that point again.

Garner: Okay. Let me share with you in the audience what President Trump said about his thoughts on what’s happening in California.

The shaft, and he did, Spencer Pratt, he did really pretty damn well, and they threw him out, and it was happening to Steve Hilton, and I went on a tear, and they said it was going to be two weeks, and they’ll know about Hilton, whether or not he’s going to make it.

I went on such a tear that they approved it immediately. They approved Steve. It’s such a rigged deal, it’s so crazy.

They approved him so fast because everybody was watching, and he was leading, and he was leading by a lot, and you saw his lead was dissipating rapidly. They were taking it away from him just like they took it away from the kid. And I went on a tear, and by the way, we have the U.S. attorneys looking at it, and the two weeks said all of a sudden, oh, we have a surprise.

Steve Hilton won, and he did win, but they were going to take it away shortly. They were going to take it away over a two-week period. You know, they announced that they wouldn’t have the results for a week to two weeks.

All of a sudden, they approved Steve Hilton. But Iran. It’s a rigged election.

Okay, but let’s get back to Iran. I shouldn’t have brought that up, but how do you feel about Iran? But let’s get back. Let’s get back.

Gardner:
All right, so he gets interrupted talking about Iran to bring this up.

Corsi: Well, they don’t want Trump talking about the rigged election, and the media is doing everything they can to protect the criminals in California, starting with the governor, who rigged this election. And there are people in California who need to go to prison over this.

Gardner: Well, he made an interesting point there, that they were starting to take votes away from Spencer and Steve Hilton, and then it got so much national attention, and he started putting all this focus on Steve Hilton, and then all of a sudden, they declare Steve Hilton’s the winner, that he’s gonna go on. Democrats will deal with that in November. But then with Pratt, all of a sudden, there’s these huge spikes of mail-in votes that are coming in, mostly for the third place person, which is a Democrat, that she, Rahman, Nithya Rahman, has now overtaken Pratt.

But you’re not seeing that increase for Karen Bass. It’s almost like nobody mail-in voted for Karen Bass, just for the person that they needed to knock Spencer Pratt off the ballot.

Corsi: Well, again, being in California and seeing more of the inside details, I stress again that all of this is done in the computer.

They know how many votes they need to have created and voted. These mail-in votes that are falsified are not necessarily mailed to anyone. They’re requested to be mailed in ballot in a computer.

That’s got a name, a signature, perhaps, and a number, so the state ID, and it’s tabulated, so it shows up as a vote. Since they match, they say, oh, we’ve checked the signatures. The signature is matched.

Well, of course they did, because you did that within the computer from something you grabbed on a motor voter, or you made up. I mean, I’ve seen, here in California, I’ve seen ballots where the signature was a smiling face, and it got counted, okay? And so once they know they’ve reached their limit, or how many they’ve got to do, they may have planned to do it more slowly, may take another two weeks and do it. All the pressure they’ve gotten, and the Supreme Court’s already decided, so they speeded it up, and of course Bass is not, they don’t need to fabricate votes for her, that she perhaps did win, but the point is, you won’t know, because it would take away votes from the Republican, and throw them away.

How would you know the vote’s thrown away? Okay, so in other words, when the criminals are running the election, and when the criminals are running the bank, they’re stealing the money. Criminals are running the Department of Justice, they put other criminals in place to do criminal activity, and turn a blind eye.
